2 weeks- I will do it- my progress thread

since my dad died in July.. I have really let my health goals fall by the way side. been eating alot of breads, cereals, chips..

well one of my friends called me out on the chips. so I decided two weeks no bread of any sort, no chips and no cereal of any kind..

will be posting my progress.

I have a goal to make and I think this will jump start things.

day 1 complete. no bread, cereal or chips and still no desserts from thanksgiving. kitchen is closed for the night

exercise done and water drank.
