Has this happened to you/

I am in my fourth week on TPONR Program and I received an e-mail from Jackie asking how I am doing and would I please let them know via a link that was provided to the Mastermind blog site. (not really sure that blog is the right term) Anyways when I went there it said I had to sign up, which I did but then it said my membership was pending. I did this yesterday and so far I am not a member. can't tell them how great I am doing via that page.
So to the rest of you....I am finding eating this way that they recommend has been rather easy for me and I love the soups. Every time I make a new one I think, hey this is better than the last one I made and that one was pretty good :-)
i have a lot of weight to lose so it will be a long time for me to stay interested but I feel that I am learning to make wise choices and consider what effects each food has on my body. I have lost 8 pounds so far.
It ad been very difficult in the last 2 years to lose any amount by just eating the right foods so this is very good for me. I am an older person and it's really true, the older you get, the harder it is to lose.
