calorie shifting?

Hi all. This is my first time posting to these boards.

I am a 26 year old female, 5'5" and about 145 lbs. My goal weight is between 130-135 lbs. I was interested in calorie shifting to keep my metabolism going, and wondered if this seemed like an ok plan:

-Sun: 1250 calories

-Mon: 1600 calories with 1 hour of spinning class

-Tues: 1500 calories with 1 hour of spinning class

-Wed: 1250 calories

-Thurs: 1550 calories with 1 hour of spinning class

-Fri: 1300 calories

-Sat: 2050 calories



FYI: I am a nurse, so I am on my feet alot 5 days out of the week too.
