Has anyone tried Releana, the HCG diet?

No I'm not doing the injections. Releana is a version of drop you put under your tongue.

Well good luck! I think alot of it is Mind over matter. yesterday was my first day and I wasnt nearly has hungry as I thought I was going to be.

Good for you. I am interesting and doing this, but is this cover by your health insurance? if not how much did you have to pay for it.

Releana is not covered by health insurance. I went to see my doctor today about it. Its. 250 a month for Releana in MD. My doctor is ordering it for me but I will not get it until next week. I can't start until Next Wednesday. For those of you who have already started how is it so far and how much weight have you lost. I'm a little nervous about it.

I started Oct 1, 2009. Have lost 9.6 lbs in 12 days. Also I'm losing inches especially in my stomach where I'm carrying all my weight. I'm impressed.

I love releana!! Unlike other hcg programs....releana allows you to set your weight loss goals and do one maintainence at the end of the program. With other programs you have to start and stop every 40 days to go on and off maintenance......too much trouble and wastes too much time....get to it! Lose the weight and be done! I lost 60 lbs in 4 months.
