not so much "After" as "In Progress" (05/06)

My Goal:
new goal: maintain weight in the vicinity of 130 lbs, tone up, and slowly work up to *running* a 10K

About me:
26 year old PhD student and aspiring pastry chef living in NYC love cooking and being healthy.... wish i had more time for both...

Diets I like:
looking for a healthy, delicious lifestyle. want to lose weight through exercise and portion control, and without touching SlimFast, lowfat cheese, or any other processed "foods." and i'm not giving up wine. forget it. :)

Workout of choice:
love vinyasa yoga, lifting weights, and am starting to love running.

My plan:

I need the most help with:
making sure i eat enough fruits and vegetables... getting to the gym when things get busy...
