I'd like to lose weight and have a healthier lifestyle.
Height: 5'6" *** Highest Weight -- 242
Ultimate Goal: to weigh 150 - 160 lbs.
Weight on 3/19/12: 242 lbs.
Goals:
1. Exercise DAILY
2. Eat more fruits and vegetables, stay away from sugar
3. Drink Five 12-ounce glasses of WATER daily
4. Take a multi-vitamin daily
5. No eating after 8 p.m.
