Diets I like:
Track calories with fitness pal app Track workouts with Runtastic Track Calories Burned and Heart Rates with Polar HR monitor

Workout of choice:
GOAL: Lose 2 lb per week I will workout at least 30 minutes per day cardio. Add pilates at least 2x/week

My plan:
Count Calories daily with FitnessPal App, keep myself accountable with weekly weigh ins, Tone UP with Pilates and weight training.

I need the most help with:
Online tracking/journaling super important, must be as meticulous as I am when monitoring my workouts.

Additional Info:
counteracting what the scale is telling me, I don't want to buy new clothes. It's time to change my habits!
