WEIGHT GOALS:
1.To weigh 260 pounds by end of 2006. (ACCOMPLISHED on 11/13/06!)
2. To weight 225 by the end of 2007.
FITNESS GOALS:
1. To be able to run 1 mile on the treadmill without stopping! (ACCOMPLISHED on 11/13/06 !!!!)
2. To ride a century ride (100 miles) on my bike in 2007.
3. To run in a 5k in 2007 and a sprint duathlon in 2008.

About me: |
36 years old. I work for the Ohio Department of Corrections. I've been married for 14 years and have 2 great kids. A little over 3 years ago I became a Christian and I feel that God inspired me to lose weight. I weighed 390+ lbs. at the time and I have since lost over 100 pounds. My overall goals are to get my weight down to 225 healthy pounds and to become more active in cycling hobby. I began following the weight watchers plan with my wife in July of 2006 and it seems to be working for me.

I like weight watchers better than any other diet I have tried.

Workout of choice: |
Cycling and running. Also enjoy weight lifting.

To follow weight watchers and slowly increase my workout time.

I need the most help with: |
portion control and motivation to work out. I can be lazy at times! It helps if I some friendly competition to get me to workout!
