About me:
I am so close to my goal. If I can do this, I can do anything!

I'm sick of giving up on myself. I keep getting close and then giving up. I need to FINISH THIS RACE.

Started PT May '07 at 226 lbs
My lowest weight since then was 155 but I keep seem to keep the momentum going....


I have a 6 year-old son
who inspires me and makes every day worth getting up for

I am ready to use food as a way to satisfy my hunger, not as a way to alleviate my problems.


Diets I like:
This is not about dieting. It is a total lifestyle change. This is my life, I have to make the best choices that will get me the results I want.
I will never be overweight again.


Workout of choice:
I still ::heart:: step. More than anything else in the world!
I LOVE group fitness classes. I swear that is the only thing that keeps me going to the gym.


My plan:
Stick with what I know
Gain as much knowledge as possible
Never rule anything out



I need the most help with:
Controlling my binge eating and overeating.
I must plan my meals in advance and stick to it.
