About me: |
Though others may inspire, it is up to me and me alone to push the bar. To put one foot in front of the other and go the distance. And in the process when I think I can't continue, when I can't do any more, I will remind myself of others.... hundreds of thousands that have gone before me that DID what I will do! I can and I will!

Diets I like: |
The best investment I have ever made for myself was a vegetable emulsifier. I've made the mistake of purchasing a very expensive juicer and throwing away pounds of fiber. Basically my diet boils down to this... Fruits, nuts, veggies, salmon. With a hard core exercise every day, my body will tell me how much of these I need.

Workout of choice: |
I would have to say that free weights are the most effective for any program. I am finding cycle training is most effective. By this I mean rotating at least 3 different exercises simultaneously one after another with no rest. It keeps your heartbeat up and you can finish a more effective workout much quicker.

My plan: |
My plan is to allow my body to tell me what it needs. I am learning patience with exercise. I tend to overdo it and crash. If I just keep active and have a good attitude, everything in health follows suit. I am always learning new ways to bring my body to the next level.
