FITNESS SMALL STEPS:
walk/run 5 miles every M-W-F
do yoga every T-R-S
DIET SMALL STEPS:
can only drink water
no deep fried foods
no potato chips
must eat a healthy breakfast

About me: |
I am OBSESSED with being healthy. I won't deny that I am far from perfect, but I love trying and making new monthly goals for myself. I seperate my over all well being into 3 categories...diet, fitness, and general health... and every month I pick a goal that falls into one of those categories, and then every month I add to them! For example, last October I gave up soda, November I started eating breakfast daily, December I gave up deep fried foods, etc.... It really works taking things one small step at a time to ensure they become life-long habits!

Diets I like: |
No fried foods, no soda, eating a healthy breakfast, like fruit or cereal, and a healthy lunch, like a turkey sandwich on whole wheat...and drinking WATER, WATER, WATER!!!

Workout of choice: |
running, swimming, tai chi, kickboxing, BELLY DANCING!!!, any dancing, biking

Making one small change a month and adding it on to my previous goals/changes.
