2013 Goals
-To stop binging
-To lose 25 pounds
-To start strength training
-To PR at Denver Rock 'N' Roll Marathon 2013
-Finish marathon No. 10 by the end of 2013
-To eat at least five servings of fruits and veggies a day
-Stop drinking lattes. They are my trigger for overeating.
