-To daily eat a healthy responsible food plan without insanity.
-To exercise almost daily,
-to meet my obligations to my self and family without resentment or selfishness,
- to be a healthy weight for me (under 130 lbs)
-To deal with emotions, whether positive or negative, without eating over them
-To be strong in all areas of my life and continue to grow spiritually, emotionally, and mentally
-To never again feel that I am somehow deficient or less than everyone else, realizing that I am a whole, competent, and worthy person as I am.
-to be happy- that means to not give in to sadness, and to dwell on happy thoughts. to assert my will and my efforts toward accepting my life as it is now and not wish for the past.

weekend here! We have what is called Gallery Night in my town where all the shops and galleries stay open late, music in the street, food, wine, etc and you just walk around. It is fun and I am going with some girlfriends. we will get dinner first then just wine downtown!
blackeyed peas w/ collards, strawberries
will depend on the restaurant. Last night w/supper club I had a plain baked potato with brocc, carrots, corn that I put on top of the potato. no butter or sour cream. I find I can eat just about anywhere so wont be a prob but maybe 3 rather than 2 glasses of wine since we will be out late walking around.
