Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

potatoes with cheddar cheese and ice tea


lunch
tuna melt with tomato on gf bread. ice tea


snacks
pb on a rice cake with a clementine. hot tea. few chocolates. clementine


dinner
2 fried egg, cheddar cheese, 1 rice cake. potato chips
