Day #4 was rough, but still a victory. Mood affected, intellectually impaired, a general feeling of tired and not up to par. May be more an issue of too small a breakfast than overall calorie deficit. Will shift more calories to the first hour after waking up, returning to what is a normal breakfast for me.
