my deepest Desire is to become the most accomplished runner I can be.. doing halfs and moving on to full.. partaking in dance classes, bunging jumping, ziplinig, rock climbing all while feeling comfortable doing so without getting out of breath or having my thighs rubbing together. living life to the fullest. I want to set a example for others and work towards opening my health center.

Today started a continuation of getting back on track to my health goals. Dr Furhman said don't eat healthfully do it 100%. so that's what I did today..
started my day with the Gym and I made my goal board.. I have almost 2 weeks before the new year hits. Im not waiting.. my time is NOW.. I posted a pic of my goal board. it goes from today until 31.. than I will redo it for Jan. I am in this to finish what I started and I will!
I can't tell You how amazing hitting the gym felt. it was like I use to hit it in the past. I worked up a sweat and I loved every min of it!
I need to remember that feeling.. I need to remember why I want this.. I want to be healthy. I want to be fit. I want to set an example to inspire others to believe they can achieve their health goals.
because if you can conceive it you can achieve it. believe in yourself. commit to it and make a plan and take action.. that's what I am doing

3 way hip machines- 80 lbs- 30 reps

I am focused. I am committed. This is my time.. its time to finish my journey. I am unstoppable. the only person that can stand in my way is me and I'm over doing that.. I want my goals and I am willing to do what it takes to get there,
quinoa salad-- quinoa, sun-dried tomatoes,artichoke hearts
lentil burger
apple- walked by chips and doughnuts and ate a apple
huge salad- field greens and 2 heads of romaine, cukes, a 1/2 lentil burger crumbled for meat,, sweet potato baked and than cut into pieces sauteed in a pan with spices.. topped on salad drizzled and i mean drizzled maybe a bit over a teaspoon of Italian dressing. wow talk about AMAZING!!!
