PLAN: dont focus on the number -- focus on healthy decisions and exercise
HOW: work out 6 days a week:: swim, bike, run, dance, yoga, kickbox
make conscious decisions about what i put into my body

7 days a week :: Yoga Class
Calorie Count = 1200-1400 calories a day
JULY LIFE GOAL:

- - Lose ONE pound a week until I get down to 112-118
- - rewards? $20 a week into a "beauty fund" (to be spent on massages/facials/etc)
- - punishments? no movies/TV and no hanging out with ANYONE (including my boyfriend) unless we're doing something super active together
