I hit rock bottom. Running Hatfield-McCoy marathon was great, but the post race weight gain SUCKS! +5 yet again. Dangerously close to the 200 lb mark, so I need to stage an self impose intervention and stop me from getting to that point. I was in denial as marathoners go, you can eat whatever and just run it off.
Not true in my case. My goal is -10 or more in 9 weeks till my next race in Green River, Wyoming.
