To follow the Eat to Live program consistently and lose 30 more lbs. (starting February 2009). I'm getting close! And I realize it is really about life change, not just getting to a certain number on the scale.
To eat one big salad every day.
I'm still counting steps, but having trouble getting in the same number I used to now that I'm in school. I may start alternating with some exercise videos for variety. But I'm trying to walk at least 2 miles a day.
Strength training exercises 2x week
Drink plenty of water!
no workout today because this cold has really gotten to me and I have no energy
