Michelle - That's a pretty good breakfast. 2 eggs is only about 160 calories. And 1.5 tsp of fat on top of that is not too bad. If you had cooked them in a healthier oil like canola or olive it would have improved it. I always keep a bag of frozen cut bell peppers and onions to put in some thing like this as well. I'll bet the protein and fat from the eggs kept you full! Another thing I do is just have one egg and 1/4 cup of egg substitute. Protein at breakfast is a great way to start your day!

Hi Michelle! Have you considered weight watchers? The first time I did it, a few years back, I lost 40lbs in 5 months. After a divorce, another marriage and another baby, I gained it all back. So, at the end of April I hopped back on the wagon and have lost 14 pounds in 7 weeks. I LOVE WW, only becasue you can eat what you want, in moderation, you just have to count your points. I can have a candy bar, pizza, fast food, whatever I want! Something to think about. I'm all about getting results too, if I don't see results on that scale, I get really frustrated and discouraged, so I know how you feel. I haven't plateaued yet, but I hate that feeling as well. Just a thought, it's a great program and you get quick results (at first, then you would go down to normal loss, between .5-2lbs a week). Good luck to you, I know how hard it is, so just keep with it and you'll look great. Congratulations on getting married!!
