Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
Much warmer today, but cold indoors


workout
Yoga 25 mins. Good stretching


breakfast
2 eggs scrambled with Canadian bacon.


lunch
Leftover pulled chicken, coleslaw and mashed sweet potatoes. Red apple with cinnamon. Decaf green tea


snacks
Bite of bark to taste test it. Square of chocolate . After meeting cheese and a few corn chips


dinner
Leftover chicken and rice with capers and artichoke
