End of 2007: 137 lbs
End of 2008: 126. Now, between 124 and 127. Lost 60 pounds!
End of 2009: 122, between 120 and 124 pounds.
2010 avg as of 9.24.10: 122- between 119 and 124 pounds
2015 avg: 122 today, 4.25.15, I was 122.8 this morning
2017 avg: 127 focused on this, if it's a micronutrient density thing

Married, 2 children: my son is 11 and my daughter is 8. I'm the co-founder of PT and I rarely have a free moment with being a wife, mother, running a business and everything that comes with it. I am focused on energy and health at this point after losing over 60 pounds; it's everything!

Diets I like: |
Diet fusion: Components of Furhman's Eat to Live, Eat for Health Approach,
PH miracle, Weight Watchers, PEERtrainer, and a few minor things from the Zone and others. I combine these approaches with specialized exercise and mind knowledge. It's no longer diet fusion, it's health fusion.
