I'm 28 years old, I work in health insurance marketing and live just outside of Seattle, WA with my husband and adorable dogs.

Diets I like: |
Mostly vegetarian diet (with the exception of fish), trying to eliminate most of the less-than-useful carbs (like pasta, which I adore) but still leave myself a little room for occasional indulgences. Trying to include as many whole grains and vegetables as possible and eat 1 salad each day.

Workout of choice: |
Running, jogging, walking, cycling, elliptical trainer.

My plan: |
Do some form of exercise every day.
Eat lots of small healthy meals made up mostly of whole grains, fruits and veggies.

I need the most help with: |
Remembering that it's not a short term fix so I shouldn't get discouraged if I go a week or two without seeing any huge progress on the scale. Continuing to focus on all the positives, like how much my endurance has increased and how much more energy I have!
