a whole bottle of whip cream

i read on a PT thread that a whole bottle of fat free whip cream has only 200 calories. I got a can of it, checked the nutrition info to confirm, and had it last night as dessert. I am wondering: if I am still within my calorie "allowance" and worked out that day, is there anything wrong with eating a whole bottle of whip cream? I mean, i love the stuff. I know fruit would be healthier - but i eat a lot of veggies and a serving of fruit with breakfast. I'd appreciate comments (although not mean ones!)
Thanks!

I guess if you plan it in it's no worse than eating a bowl of ice cream, cake... etc.

Have you thought of doing sugar coated strawberries in the whip cream? I think a whole can would get icky half way through and I love whip cream too.

I suppose other than the truely alarming and somewhat depressing image of someone eating an entire can of whipped cream it's OK...

Not trying to be mean here, but you've got to admit, the mental image is a little weird.

Technically it's probably the same (calories in, calories out) but I always try to avoid situations that put me in a feeling of "frenzy". For me it's a slippery slope and even if I know that the calories are basically insignificant, I would still feel bad about myself afterward.

I think it sounds like a yummy dessert! I think I'd get sick of it after about half the can, so I could have it for 2 nights, but, maybe I wouldn't. Not sure, b/c I haven't done it.

if your only concern is calories, it might be okay. but nutritionally, it's pretty vacant. you could probably ingest many more vitamins within the same calorie range if you opted for some applesauce or melon or even fresh fruit sorbet. i don't know how healthy the chemicals in the fat-free whipped cream are, either, in such large amounts in a sitting.

11:01 poster, here

Wow. I like how I made that last post on-topic on a different thread at 11:01, and someone else re-posted it here, where I would have to say it is completely off-topic. I do actually respect that people want to debate the merits of whipped cream as a dessert over here.

Sigh, and here I am commenting on a comment.... Re-poster, you owe me AND the whipped-cream discussants an apology.

I always hated the spray can of whip cream. It has always left an annoying film on my teeth and it slightly tastes of alcohol.

I personally get a tub of the fat free whipped cream and put it in the freezer for a vanilla-ice-cream like dessert!
