In a rush? Looking for a delicious and quick meal? This meal kit cooks up in ten minutes. In this kit, I use two classics from Asian cooking - fermented black beans and my popular Chow Mein noodles. My Black Bean sauce adds a delicious meaty and salty flavor which has a little intensity, but is nicely balanced and delicious right out of the packet.

Keep a stock of my meal kits in your cupboard and you'll always have a delicious and healthy ten minute meal available.

Make it simple

Black Bean and Vegetable Toss - Cook and drain noodles as directed on package. Add sauce. Mix in sauteed asparagus or green beans and maybe a little tofu.


  • Chicken Chow Mein with Snow Peas and Cashews
  • Chinese New Year Long Life Stir Fry
  • Chow Mein with Garlic Black Bean Sauce
  • Grilled Salmon and Black Bean Chow Mein Salad


    Noodles: unbleached enriched wheat flour [wheat flour, barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin, mononitrate (Vitamin B1), riboflavin (Vitamin B2)], water, egg whites, salt.

    Sauce: soy sauce, (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, lactic acid), evaporated cane juice, black bean paste (black soybeans, rice, salt), salted rice wine, sesame oil, garlic, dehydrated onions, water, corn starch, lactic acid, vinegar, and spices.
