My goal is to lose 25 pounds by the end of august. I am now 156 pounds and need to be at 130 in order to be at an acceptable weight that is healthy for me. So, I need to lose 26 pounds. I will be in hawaii on the 22nd wearing a swimsuit, so that means that I have about one month to lose a pretty good amount of weight. I suppose that I will at least be 135 by the time we go to hawaii. If I eat 1200 calories a day and excerise every morning. Also, I will need to start a serious detox and colong cleanse with plenty of water and maybe even some sort of supplement.
