In 2005, I lost 60 lbs. I hit a long plateau and while I ramped up on exercise, I did not lost any more weight in order to reach my goal. In late 2007, I gained about 15-20 lbs. back. I want to lose this weight, and continue my weight loss until I feel comfortable and fall into a healthy range of body fat % - I believe this includes losing between 35-50 more lbs of weight. I want to have increased endurance and stamina and build lean muscles.
