i want to lose 8-10 lbs by the end of November so that I can feel good about myself before heading on a trip to HK in December to see family. I don't want to hear them tell me that I've gained weight. I also want to lose another 10 lbs in the month after that. My goal will be to lose 20 lbs total and maintiain my weight at 120. I recently joined a gym near my work and am about to begin some bikram yoga classes. I will stay motivated and optimisitic (that's the hardest part!). Portion control and healthy eating habits will be a top priority! I'm in it to win it!
