I've been overweight for most of my life. I went back and forth between 190 and 200 since I graduated from college. Around 2000, I decided to join a gym and make a concerted effort to work out. I've gone down to fluctuating between 160-165 but now I'm back up to the 170 range. I work out a lot but I think I've been fooling myself that I can eat more since I work out so much. I ideally would like to go down to 150-155.
