In a LTR, vegetarian, self employed, struggled w/ weight my whole life.

I struggle with making myself exercise, and I have a huge sweet tooth and I am an emotional eater. I've tried for years to change, but so far have not been successful.Not only that, my eating is getting worse - despite working with a special eating disorder therapist. I think the daily support with peers we have here will help a lot!
