I was recently told I have Diabetes and put on medication that made my life a living hell. My hair fell out, I was sick constantly. Stomach upsets, various other things it caused. I decided enough was enough. I wasn't going to live like that. So, I joined curves and spent countless hours on the internet researching how to make my life better. I am on my way. Against DR's orders, I stopped taking Metformin, I am going it on my own. My blood sugar is not perfect, but I can maintain a 110-140 range on my own. I hope to learn more, as I read up, and cure this thing. Because I have been told, it can be done.
