I am 30 y/o, single and trying to get back on my feet after a huge life move last summer. I struggled with drinking last year due to an immense amount of stress at work, hence the weight gain. I want to feel and look as healthy as I did several years ago. I have never been above 200lb in my life until recently. It is an awful feeling.
