My husband and I recently had a baby girl! :) She was born January 24, 2007 (6 lbs and 19 1/2 inches). I am just really enjoying being a Mom and all the things that go along with it. I am absolutely in love with this little girl. During my pregnancy I gained 24 lbs. All of which was gone about 2 weeks after I delivered, but I can definitely tell you that my body looks nothing like it did before. Also, aside from the 24 pregnancy lbs, I was already about 40 lbs overweight. So now I'm back to working off that original weight that's been haunting me forever. In addition to being a Mom, I work full time. In my spare-time (which I have a lot less of these days!) I like to make jewelry, play on the computer, do digital scrapbooking, design announcements and invitations, watch tv, and spend time with my family and friends.

I am 25 years old and I recently got married and had my first child, Bella. I am 5'11", and pre-pregancy I was somewhere around 170. (My weight fluctuates about 5 lbs or so nearly everyday). I gained 60 lbs with my pregnancy reaching 230lbs on the see-food diet. The first 30 lbs melted off the first month. I thought with breastfeeding the rest of the weight would slowly but surely come off, but not yet. I have read that I should not actively start dieting until my daughter reaches six months, but I need to get in the right frame of mind to change my eating habits. My daughter just turned 4 months old and I have noticed my healty eating slowly decline. I know I have it in me to lose the weight. I actually quit smoking the day I found out I was pregnant. I know if I can quit that.... I can certainly have the will power to lose weight.

I am a 31 SAHM of a three month old son. I still have weight on me from having him. I have done Weight Watcher's in the past and did reach a lifetime goal in 2002 of 130lbs. I am now 170+ lbs. and need to lose the extra weight. I am a little bored and disappointed that it didn't last.

I am a new mom. I just had a baby boy three months ago. I have always been athletic and fairly thin, but I was told to gain a little weight in order to become pregnant and now that I have had my son, I have found myself at my largest weight ever. I need to lose 15 lbs. I want to feel good about myself again. There is only so long that you can get away with saying you "JUST" had a baby!!!!

I'm a 23yr old SAHM to a 3 month old. I'm just starting to get serious about weightloss.

I'm a Holistic Health Counselor - so balance is what it's all about for me. I'm an Internet professional in D.C. with a lot of stress I'm combatting.

I'm 30 years old (just, still having trouble with that) in the military, married with a (almost) 4 year old daughter and 12 year old chocolate lab

I am 38 years old and have two daughters, Delaney (11) and Bella (8) and a3 1/2 year old little boy, Martin! I work part time as an Innkeeper at a beautiful Bed & Breakfast and also help my husband with his Chiropractic business (marketing, computer work). My family and I try to live a healthy lifestyle though this can sometimes be a challenge!

I am a 33 yr old female from Philly. I am married and now live in Bensalem with my husband and dog. I just graduated from Holy Family University last May and am still looking for the "right career".

33 year old mother of two. Assistant a major financial institution and going back to school. Super busy with no opportunity to visit the gym.

I am a 32 yr old real estate consultant. I've been married 4 years and am pregnant with my first child.

I am 31 years old with a wonderful and supportive husband and a 6 and 1/2 month old son. I enjoy being outdoors and hanging out with my friends.

I'm 32 and a SAHM of 3 great kids, 2 boys and a girl. I've tried everything to lose the weight, but my motivation aways lags after a few days, and then it's back to the old bad habits. I really enjoy cooking, and baking...which is part of my problem. I'm hoping with the help of this site, I can get on track and stay there once and for all!

I am a 31 year old mother of 4. Laura-11, Emily-9, Claire-8 and Luke-2.5. I love reading, good movies, bible study and my family. I also co-coordinate an indoor play park for little ones in my area and volunteer in the kids school and girl scout troops. I stay busy but not overwhelmed.

I am the CEO of Jessica Lynn Original. (www.jessicalynnoriginal.com) and I design original stamps and art. Being married to my great husband Aaron of almost 5 years (together for almost 10) makes me want kids more and more. I love him so much. But I am afraid that I will not loose the weight and add on another 60 pounds of baby fat.

I have a 6 month old and my weight is out of control. It seems when ever I talk about losing weight, all I get is "not that much!" or "you're not that big." The truth is I weigh 230+, my BMI is 41, and something has to change. I don't want my son to learn my poor habits.

I am 24, married w. 2 kids ages 2 1/2 and 2 months. I have always been slightly obsessed w. my own size, and tend to strive for perfection. I do this though by being as healthy as I can be. I am currently a sahm. I haven't quite gotten my balance down of scheduling my self around the house and kids and a little time for me. After my first pregnancy it took me a yr to lose the weight, but I didn't start trying until she was 6 months old. I used our playtime to get workouts in while holding her , dancing w. her etc.

I am 24 years old and have been married since May 15th, 2004. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant since January 1, 2005. I work an office job 40 hours a week. I love to watch movies and play video games. I am a social butterfly, I love to hangout and throw lots of parties.

I am 34, married for 10 years and have an eight year old daughter, and almost three year old son. I work from home with an international wellness company. I also stay busy as we live on a farm and have been involved in the farmers market, taking vegetables each week from our gardens.

I'm 27 years old and live in Austin, TX. I'm married and am losing weight so that when I get pregnant and be healthy during the pregnancy and feel more active. In the past, I was very athletic, University of Texas Soccer, Baylor Rugby... tons of working out. Now that I have a desk job, I'm up to 290 lbs. I'd like to get down to 200-ish and not feel addicted to food anymore.

I am a 42-year-old mother of a baby boy. I have a wonderful, supportive husband. My mother and I own an independent bookstore & coffeehouse. I ride horses, love the outdoors, and look forward to getting back in shape!

I am 33 years old. I've been married for 3 years. No kids - yet (that is part of why I want to lose weight). I live in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (in Canada) where I work three jobs within the local health region (ironic, isn't it).

I am a 29 yr. old stay at home mom with 3 beautiful girls (7-5-2). They keep me running.

I am 24 going on 25 and very overweight... I work in a 911 Dispatch center where I am tied to a desk, phone, radio for 8-10 hours a day...

I'm a first time Work at Home mom. I find since I have quit my job to work at home, and even moreso, since I weaned my daughter the weight is coming on with a vengeance. I live in the middle of nowhere, with a serious meat eater, and have a hard time sticking to things due to lack of support and a serious difference between what's called for on a diet and what my husband will eat. Looking for support and people to work with to make this a life long habit, automatic ~ don't have to think about it eating.

I'm a 26 year old first time mom of a little boy, Connor, due Dec 2nd 2006. I've been married for 1 1/2 years, we've been together for eight. We have two dogs and a cat. We love hiking and camping when we can fit it in to our schedules.

I am a 31 year old SAHM to my 15 month old baby Danielle.

I am a 25 year old school teacher from Arkansas. I have been married almost two years, and I have a 10 year old step-son. My husband and I are wanting to start trying for a child in about a month. I am so excited!

I am a mother of 3 girls I have always struggled with my weight, though I'd been between 135 and 145 for 10 years. Lived in NYC and walked everywhere! Then I moved to Atlanta, got married, packed on 5lbs, then got pregnant and packed on 40 more lbs. Down 20. need 20 more. I'm a lifetime member at WW!

I just had my son Dimitrius about 2 months ago, i have been married since April 1st 2006. I love to workout and eat healthy. I also would like to start classes from home to become a fitness and nurition specialist.

I'm a 34 year old professional, married to a wonderful man who wants to be the father of my children - and wants me to be healthy enough to grow old with him afterwards!! We are going to start TTC next summer and I am in the process of getting healthier so I can have a great pregnancy! I am a plus-size woman and participate in plus-size beauty pageants. But after our wedding 3 years ago, things got a little out of hand and I am now heavier than I'd like to be! I need to lose about 70 pounds to be at a healthy place (for me) and definitely get more fit.

I'm 33 years old and pregnant with my first child -- due 5/2/07. I'd like to use PeerTrainer to keep me active and healthy through the remainder of my pregnancy and to help me lose the weight after the baby is born!

Was hiking 6+ miles a day and eating healthy all summer with no weight loss to be shown...and was very discouraged. Then got pregnant and had to eat foods that made me gain weight only to have a miscarriage. Feeling slightly depressed and now 2 months later haven't lost the 5 lbs I gained or the other weight I had been trying to lose. Hubby is very encouraging but feel I need outside encouragements. I would also like to lose the weight as we'll be starting to try for children again this summer.

I am a teacher that has recently become a stay at home mom. I enjoy reading, playing video games and raquetball with my husband, and spending time with my family. I'm 29 yrs old and my children are 2 and 4 mo.

I'm married and have one child. I live in Las Vegas. At the moment am a still home mom.

I'm 38, a mother of two (4 1/2 yrs, 20 mos), and a full-time journalist and editor. I have been a vegetarian for almost half my life. I am a Weight Watchers lifetime member but have had a hard time getting back to the program since having kids. I lost 30 pounds on WW but before I joined Peer Trainer, I was hovering about 5 pounds above my lowest weight, with some ups and downs.

For most of 2006, on Peer Trainer, I hovered just below my WW goal, and once or twice even got down to 140, my true weight goal.

In March, 2012, I came back to PT. I'm currently around 152 pounds.

I am 29 with a 3yr old son. I am engaged to be married and my comfort zone has caused excess weight gain also. I have a desk job too which makes it hard to be motivated.

I am a SAHM to 4 kids between the ages of 6 and 1. I want to get back in shape to set good examples for them and to feel better about myself.

My name is Lisa and I'm 30 years old, married, no kids yet, but hoping soon! I have lost weight before, but it keeps coming back. I work as an accounting manager in a hotel company, so I mainly sit at a desk and work on a computer all day. I want to lose weight and keep it off for good, so I can fit into nice clothes and start a family.

My name is Megan. I'm 22 years old, recently married and looking to loose some weight that I've carried for most of my life. I enjoy my work, decorating, visiting friends and family, cooking, crocheting, shopping in Michael's crafts and new clothes (which I will definately be buying when I start loosing!)

I'm 27 years old, married, and I'm a teacher. I've always been very active and I'm in pretty good shape. However... I've always been a little heavy. I recently had a baby (in Nov.) and now I'm heavier than ever. I ended my pregnancy at 180 and have only lost 5 pds. since then. I expected it to be easier especially since I'm breastfeeding. I enjoy going to the gym.. but my eating habits are not that great. I'm working on changing that.

I am a 29 yr. old married first time mom to a beautiful 3.5 month old girl. I was overweight going into the pregnancy and then gained alot more while pregnant. I am on mat. leave for 1 yr. which is a big change from my previous fulltime job as an optician.

I joined peertrainer sometime last summer. I was trying to lose weight before getting pregnant. Well, I got pregnant before real weight loss. Now, I am a proud mama of a baby boy and I need to recommit to weight loss and really be a healthy ma!

37, 5'6" Started at 172 & goal 140.

I am a 27 year old mother of three. I had my first child at 19 and since then have gained 20 pounds with each child, that is 60 pounds. 2 years ago I decided to loose the weight and have slowly lost 30 pounds, so I am halfway to my weight loss goal.

Am married and a mom of a 10 month old, was 120 pounds but after the baby gained a lot of weight and am 135 pounds now.Sweets r my weakness...........

I am 32 and married to a wonderful sweet husband who works from home with me. I had my own organic vegan cookie business while we were living in Brooklyn, but since relocating to southern Oregon, I have not been working, although I do hope to start up my business again at some point, right now I am mostly just helping my husband out with his computer biz. After living here only a few short months, we discovered I was pregnant again (after suffering a miscarriage in February earlier this year) and we are so excited and happy to start off our family in our newly settled house and a great environment! I am at a nice healthy weight to start my pregnancy, after losing 70lbs back in 2002-3, and actually became under weight but have gotten myself back on track in the last couple years. I feel great! I love traveling, cooking/baking, reading, exercising, the great oudoors, everything good and real and organic in life...

My name is Carissa and I'm 30 yrs old. I had a baby boy on 6/19/08. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful step-daughters, ages 14 and 11. Working on getting back into shape.

I am 27 years old. I've been married for 4 1/2 years and I am a high school math teacher. I have my purple belt in Tae Kwon Do and I love my kickboxing classes. I need fun and high energy classes cause I get bored just doing the elliptical all the time. Snooze fest!

I turn 26 in April. I have been married for 5 years and have a three month old daughter. I'm 5'8 and have a large build. I currently weigh 230 (which is 8 pounds more than my pre-pregnancy weight) and have atleast 60 pounds to lose.

I am 28 years old, a mother to my beautiful 10 month old boy and a wife to my awesome husband. I am also a labour and delivery nurse which I just love! My lowest weight was just before I got pregnant at 125lbs. I gained 53lbs during my pregnancy.

I have been married for 11/2 years. I have a baby baby girl who is turning I year old, so not really a baby anymore.

I am 2o years old and will be 21 in March. I have a year old which has made it difficult losing the weight since I am a stay home mom and for the most part I stay in which in turn makes me bored and I turn to food. I did lose the baby weight right after the pregnancy but just gained it back for my lack of working out.I did gain weight a lot of weight before becoming pregnant as a result of weekends filled with chinese food!

29 year old married mother to one year old boy; food lady to two yellow labs. Love to read, be active (skiing, walking the dogs, going to the gym regularly), watch movies, play with my kid and spend time with the hubby. Hoping to shed five pounds here and gain a leaner tighter body all over. At age 19 I gained significant weight while living abroad. I stopped weighing myself at 189 (so I don't know how much I really gained). Since then, I've dropped over 50 pounds and have maintained a weight between 132-137 for the last 3.5 years excluding my pregnancy.

I love my family. But lately it seems whatever I do is for them and not me. I am a stay at mom who stays busy by cleaning her house and keeping up with a baby and a 6 year old. My husband is a pastor so we are forever busy with church and church activities. I haven't finish college and a little bummed on myself lately. Wanting to improve my life instead of always being in the background supportting everyone but myself.

I am 35, happily married. I have an 18 month daughter

I am a wife and a mom of a 2 yr old. I have a desk job and I do not have a consistent workout routine at the moment. I was a my heaviest (200lbs) at the time I got pregnant and now I still weigh the same as when I was 9 months pregnant (230 lbs). I think this is officially not baby weight anymore! My husband and I want to have another baby soon but my current weight is a big concern.

I am a 29 year old married mother of 3, I am a stay at home mom, and run the business aspect of our landscaping company. I also recently became a Cookie Lee Consultant. I am active at church, help out at my kids school alot, and am generally an active person, however, over the last year or so have gained about 10 pounds on top of the 10 I already needed to lose. I am becoming increasingly frustrated and depressed about the way I look, and know that there is a slimmer me just waiting to get out! I need to get motivated, and stay motivated!!!!!

I have always struggled some with weight loss... 5 years ago after the birth of my first son I did weight watchers and lost 25 pounds.... then I had baby number 2 and did not lose all the weight I gained with him. Now after baby number 3 I am getting serious again. I have already lost my pregnancy weight with number 3. I need to get working on my baby weight from number 2. I will be 30 this September. I teach high school math.

THe last two years I have put on 50 lbs and am quite unpleased by my appearance. I woudl like to get healthier before we try again. Currently 213 lbs would liek to be ideally 140 but will go for 170 first! Started this phase Feb 19

Hello! I'm 37, a biologist in SD. I'm learning how to make time to exercise and eat right, while getting lab work done, taking care of my newborn and 2 yr old and spending time with my husband. 7 yrs ago I lost 70 lbs, so I know exactly what works for me. The critical thing was making the TIME -- time for lots of exercise, a good night's sleep, and for preparing healthy food. But with a new baby, where do I find the time???

I am a 22 year old mother of one. I have been married for two years to my high school sweetheart and we just became parents to little Eli on February 24th. I am currently working on getting my Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Central Michigan University.

I am 27 and a first time mom to Charlotte who was born in August 2006. I dropped a lot of my pregnancy weight from breastfeeding and easing back into workouts as soon as I was able to, but now I am faced with the last 5-10 pounds that I just can't rid of. I try to work out regularly, usually over my lunch hour, but have difficulty finding the time between working full time, caring for Charlotte, renovating our new (but very old) home, and my other commitments.

I'm 27 (almost 28, but I can't commit to saying it yet.) Married for three years to my high school sweetheart. I'm a teacher, a grad student on the administrative track, and I'm working with my principal as an "intern" this summer. Lots of WORK!!

I'm 29 a mother of 1 Yalen was born a year ago.

I am 32 year old stay at home mother of two. I have a four year old daughter and a 18 month old son. I have a husband who is very supportive and loving. I have been on almost every diet in the world. Right now I am working the weight watchers diet (again). I use to be a serious athlete and miss that period of my life. I am completely an emotional eater. I am able to put together a few good weeks and then I relapse for months at a time. I am at my highest weight yet and need to do something before it really effects my health. I want to be the best I can be for both my husband and my family. I know he loves me for me, but I want to strive to be more in control of my life. I also would like to become pregnant with our third child but I want to be at a reasonable weight in order to have a healthy pregnancy.

I'm 33 years old and live in Michigan. I have been married for 2 1/2 years and have a 6 year old. I am also expecting my second child this summer.

I am 27, married with no kids yet. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 2 years now and recently started fertility testing. I have struggled with my weight all of my life. I've been successful, at times, but always lose my motivation and end up right back where I started! I want and need to be successful at this....beat my weight demon....and remain successful!

Im a mother of twin girls who are 3, i have been married for 6 years. I work with my mom at a home daycare. I just found out i have high cholesterol so im try to get healthy so i can be around a while.

I am a 30 year old newlywed who has a great supportive husband. Over he years my weight has fluctuated and now I am currently at my heaviest. I am 5' 10" and weigh in at 270. Never in a million years did I think I would allow myself to become this large. Over the years I have not been very active but I have dieted in the past and been successful at loosing weight all to just regain it plus some. My husband and I have only been married 7 months but we have been together now for 5 years and I have not gotten pregnant during this time. We would love to have kids now and I feel like my weight gain over the past three years is the cause me not getting pregnant. I currently am having some slight heath concerns (i.e cholesterol and high blood pressure) and my doctor at threaten to put me on medications. This has me really motivated because first off I feel I am too young to be on medication for these sort of things and I want to be at a healthy weight so that I can conceive.

I am a 21 year old SAHM, attending school at night. My son was born in October of 2006, and I gained 30 pounds during my pregnancy. I have lost all 30 pounds, but I am looking for better. I was unhappy with the way I was feeling about myself and my body before I got pregnant so this is my chance to lose 20 more pounds.

I started using PeerTrainer back in May. When I started I weighed 225. I am now down to 214...but I can feel myself slipping. I quit PeerTrainer about 6 weeks ago, and now I have decided that I NEED this! This site is a huge part of keeping me on track. I am a SAHM, and I tend to put everybody else before me, and completely neglect myself. I am ready to get back to my commitment and stick with PeerTrainer...so I hope all of you guys log on a reg. basis and we can help each other do a serious overhaul on our weight issues!!!

I am 30 and been married for 3yrs. My husband and I would like to have a baby in another year, but I want to lose the weight before then. I am worried that being overweight when pregnant will cause me to have many health problem. I already have a underactive thyroid and borderline insulin levels.

I am 27 years old. I have been married almost a year. My husband and I have known each others for years. We have recently decided to try to have childern. I have always had a weight complex. I am not over weight but have serious issues with weight gain because I was heavy as a child.

I am married, Mom to the most perfect 17 month old son, a semi-crazy Greek American that's 5'8 and still trying to lose pregnancy pounds! I gained 90 lbs during my pregnancy and have lost about 60 to date. My goal is to lose 40 lbs.

I am a mom of three (9-7-2), I have just gone back to school and finally have time to exercise. I am finding it hard to get back into shape after the third baby.

I am a 38 year old aspiring real estate investor, proud wife and mother of 4 (two teenage boys and two West Highland White Terriers) and mgmt & prog analyst for the FAA. I am proud to say my son will be graduating from Mountain View HS 06/14/07 and I will be graduating from Strayer University 06/23/07 (huge accomplishment_. One goal achieved and others to go... My next goal is the issue of weight. I have not always been overweight; however, between childbearing, medical issues and a sedentary life, I have gained too much weight and it has impacted my life negatively.

I'm a 34 year old SAHM of 4, ages 7,6,4,&10 mos.. Now that I've finished having babies (at least that's the plan) I'm ready to concentrate on getting my body back. The weight came off easily after the first two babies but the second two were totally different. I have thirty pounds to lose and with the way I'm eating my stress away, that number will increase if I don't do something soon - today.

I am 35 years old. I had my first child, a daughter born in Oct. 2006. I would love to have another one real soon!

I am 27 and hed my first baby almost 3 years ago. I am still carrying around ,what I am calling, baby weight (eventhough I know its not). I am 5'2 and 147lbs. I used to be a very athletic person, but now I feel like there is too much to do. I have a diffcult time finding the time to make good decisions on food and exercize. My husband is very athletic, and I am bound to show him I am too. I am determined to lose my "baby" weight by the end of June.

Hi! I'm 37 and pregnant with daughter #3. My due date is July 20th and I'm looking forward to getting in the best shape of my life before my 40th birthday. My older girls are 13 and 7. I'm a working Mom, so I'm challengened to fit everything in! I love weight training, aerobics and I plan to run my first 5k in April 2008.

I have a 18month old son and I adore him but I hate the weight I put on, i went from a size 9-10 to a size 22-24 but now I'm in 14 and sometimes a 12 and I'm not comfortable anymore. I need to be a 8-10 again.

Hello I am a married mother of a 1 year old. I have struggled with my weight for a very long time. I am currently 28 and the last time I felt good about my weight was when I was around 14. I am 24 years old, 5'6" tall and am the mother of a 9 month old son. I recently went to a routine doctors visit and found out that I have reached an all time maximum weight of 217 lbs. I was devastated! To top it off I have hiegh blood pressure. I have always struggled with my weight. I was very active in high School playing volleyball, basketball, volleyball, and working out 5 times a week. When I went to college my priorties shifted to my studies and my activity level dropped dramatically leading to an increase in my weight. After transfering schools and changing majors I slowly started to incorporate excercise into my schedule. Then I met my husband and became pregnant with our first son. Things have gone downhill since then (in reference to my weight).

i am turning 30 in a month and have been married for 3 and 1/2 years. we have one son that is 14 months old.

I am a wife a sister a daughter and Red Sox fan a Patriots fan an owner of 3 dogs and animal lover

I'm a 31 year old mom of 2. I've lost my way the past few years because of the pregnancies. I've recently gotten back into working out. But I need more help !!

31. 2 children. Stay at home mom.

I'm a new mother of twins and looking to get off the baby weight I gained while pregnant with TWO!

I am 28 yrs old and due to give birth to Emma at the end of July, after gaining 50 pounds during my pregnancy (and 15 lbs between the time I got out of the Peace Corps and my first prenatal weigh-in) - I am motivated to get back in shape, yet not the most athletic type of person... so I need your support and advice!

My doctor said I needed to lose 100 lbs before ttc. We can't wait that long! So, we decided that I would lose weight while ttc (and hope for the best).

I am 38 Yrs old , just had my first child 4 months ago. I had infertility issues and used in vitro to achieve my little bundle of joy. As a result I have gained 40 lbs and now have had blood pressure problems. I feel unhealthy and wish to get back to better weight and go off blood pressure meds.

I'm 23 years old and a newly wed as well as a new home owner AND a new puppy mom in the last year - it's been a bit stressful but all so worth it! :-) I started following the WW plan before our wedding and lost almost 60 pounds before the big day - needless to say after the honeymoon and all above stated events we both put on about 20 pounds! I'm doing my best to finally get my life back on track and start losing again!

I am 32yoa and have been married for almost 6 years. We have no children and both of us are self-employed. I feel like I have about 50lbs to lose, but can't seem to make myself set time aside for exercise. However, being that I run my own business - actually two - it isn't like I can stop at the park on my way home from work and go for a walk. I have to make myself stop what I am doing to do it and I never seem to get to that point until 11pm and then I feel bad that I didn't get any exercise, yet again. I love to eat and know what is right to eat, however it takes more effort to do that than it does to grab something quick. My goal is to lose to a size 8, but look like good enough to be on the front of Oxygen Mag. I too saw this in People and thought I would give it a try.

I am a FT working mom of a 9 yo and a 9 mo. The weight came off fast with breastfeeding, but once I stopped it did as well. I was a runner and sometimes weight lifter prior to my little one. Now I feel lucky if I get a decent night sleep and do not eat way too much.

Im 21 and trying to start a new life with my boyfriend and future husband. i dont wanna be a fat bride, wife, or mother.

I am 28, a SAHM to 2 boys ages 8 and 5 and an 11 month old daughter. I have been married for 8 years. I enjoy being outside with the kids, scrapbooking and being with my family. Before I found out I was expecting this time, I had recently lost 15 pounds. I was doing weight watchers and had a personal trainer to exercise with. That all stopped when I got the news! I was in a state of shock for a few weeks and never got back into the habit or good eating and exercise. I am hoping to gain the motivation here to not gain to much extra fat this pregnancy.

I am 33 years old and want to get pregnant. Before I get pregnant I want to lose 20 pounds.

I am a single mother of two wonderful little girls. After my second child I have not been able to drop the last 20 lbs. Im not over wieght but need to tone up.

I'm 26, I'm married and I am hoping to find a buddy to help keep me on track. I really want to get back into the habit of working out, I just have little/no motivation right now.

I am a 32 yr old married mom of a 2 1/2 boy and a 6 month old girl. I am fortunate that I can work from home full-time so I can stay home with my kids, but I do miss going to work and interacting with other adults. It also seems like I spend a lot of my time in front of the computer because of my work schedule. Life was a lot easier with a regular 8 hr a day job. It seems like I have always been overweight although when I see pictures of myself from before I wonder what I was thinking and wish that I looked like that again. I hate being this fat and I am tired of looking at myself and hating how I look. I am the matron of honor in my sister's wedding on Nov 17th, and I don't want to be the fat girl in the wedding party. So, I'm hoping that this will help me to stay motivated.

I turned 30 in April and it's time to get in shape. I have a bad back and losing the tummy weight will really help my back out.

I am a 31 year old mother of two children. I have a 4 year boy and 4 month old baby girl. I am a 4th grade teacher and have been teaching for nine years. I have been married for almost seven years.

28, mother of 3 month old,on maternity leave for a year. The baby weight came off quickly, except the tummy, but i stil have a good 30lbs to lose, that i have gained over the last 6-7 years.

I'm a 30 something mother of 4! I love my children dearly, but I have allowed them to leave alot behind on my body! I have no self discipline when it comes to food, I make excuses to not find the time to exercise.

I'm 35. I'm married to my best friend & have a wonderful step-child. I was 160 lbs at my heaviest. I'm at 145-148 lbs now (depending on the day). I'm 5' 5 1/5" tall. I find it hard to stick to a workout routine alone. I find it harder to stay away from carbs (of any kind). I find myself eating the same portion sizes as my husband some times (and he's a big eater).

I'm 27 with 2 kids, (3yrs and 7mos) and have been married for 7 years. My weight was never a problem. I was around 130 (but well toned with muscles) unitl after I got married. By the time I got pregnant with my first child I was 140.Even after my 1st child, although I didn't get back to my pre-pregnancy weight I was satisfied with 150. But after my 2nd I"m at 165 and having a hard time losing the weight. I could be due to the hormones in my IUD, but not sure.

I am married and have 3 daughters (5, 3, almost 4 months). I am a stay at home mom.

I am a married 31 year old working mother of 3 boys. Not sure where the time or my figure went ! I am the happiest I've ever been in my life yet now I find myself heavy ? So I'm on the road back to my former shape

I am 30 years old. I have a 4 year old girl, and 7 month old son and am currently pregnant (surprise!). I was actively losing pregnancy pounds when I got pregnant this time, but am starting this pregnancy at 158, which is 18 pounds higher than my pre-pre-pregnancy weight from last year. I have a wonderful supportive husband who is a pastor and great friends and family. Lilypie Expecting a baby Ticker

I'm nearly 27 years old, 5"7, married with a nearly 4 month old beautiful baby. Those last 10lbs are stubbornly sticking but I have no excuse becuase I need to lose about 29lbs from before my pregnancy.

I am a stay at home mother of two. I do medical transcription and work for AmeriPlan USA a discount halth benefits company.

I am a 36 year old married mother of a 2 and 1/2 year old boy. I work part-time (3 days a week) and recently moved into a "fixer upper", as it was the only house we could afford. I love to cook and eat well. My son is a poor sleeper and is always up at the crack of dawn -- I am not a morning person and so tend to always feel tired, which leads me to snack and drink too much coffee. I have always been on the heavy side and would be happy to just get back to a fit size 10 (or maybe 8). My issue with food is mostly extreme hunger/appetite -- I am terrible at portion control. Add to that the stresses of motherhood and a tendency to "clean the plate" of my child, I've really packed on the pounds. I used to exercise regularly, but now I can't seem to find the time! Help!

I am a 27 year old stay at home mom to 3 (ages 5, 3 and 2)and I am now looking to re-enter the workforce. I currently weigh 185 and am appalled to say that I have gained about 35 lbs since last year this time. I want to lose the 35 lbs that I've gained and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

i am married for 1 year now, my husband and i have a very active 3 year old and are trying for a second child. i am a 37 year old waitress/ stay at home/ mary kay consultant mom. i lost 40 lbs before my wedding last year but it was due to a medication i was on and when i was taken off it i tried to keep the weight off but old habits came back, plus i do not eat healthy at all. for some reason i have a problem trying new foods, i know what you are thinking but no i am not crazy i have been this way since i was little. but know i want to get over that before it get worse and rubs off on my daughter totaly.

I am 30 years old and have an 11 year old boy and a 9 month old baby. I have been married for 12 years. I was never over weight untill I got pregnant for my first child. I gained 120 lbs. I had preclampsia with him and have not been able to loose the weight. I hope this helps!!!!

After my son turned 18 months old, I am still 20 pounds over my pre-pregnancy weight. That is, at age 31, I am 150 pounds. I wouldn't expect to return to the same shape as before pregnancy, but I hope I can return to the same weight.

Hello, i am 27Years, married since 4years we have a little daughter with 2years and we planning a second child! I do hope i will lose my pounds as quickes i lost it the first time!! I am a totally sportoholic ;0), since my childhood i do all kinds of sports and i believe that helped me getting back in shape after my first child!

I'm 28 and live in the Tacoma area. I'm a graphic designer, married with two dogs, trying to start a family, and hoping to loose the 30 pounds I've put on over the last 4-5 years.

SAHM to one adorable daughter (born 11/10/07) and expecting another December 2009.

I am a stay home mom with a 2 year old. I babysit a 1 yearold and I am trying to get pregnant. But.. I have to lose the weight and get a healthy life style.

I graduated from College May 2006. I've been working for an advertising firm in Miami for a little over a year now. I played basketball in high school and one of my goals is to get back down to my playing weight. I was still considered "overweight," but much smaller than I am now.

WAHM - I have my own design business so have a very flexible schedule. My daughter was born 5 weeks ago and I'm enjoying 'maternity leave' through the summer and then will go back a couple days a week. We TTC'd from Aug 2005 and finally got PG and it stuck in Aug 2007 - had miscarriage, fertility treatments and surgery and put on the extra weight over those two years. I did really good during my pregnancy - I worked out up till 38 weeks, and put on 20 lbs, and since her birth, I've lost 25lbs. I just started back to exercise this week.

I am married with an almost 2 year old boy and another baby due this August. Right now, I'm just trying to keep myself from getting HUGE!

I am 40, nearly 41 (later this month). I 5'3" stature is carrying at least 40-60 extra pounds at an astounding 188. I am a veterinarian with a very busy and hectic work week, which includes on-call. I have 13 cats and two dogs which I really should walk every day...a-ha a starting point!

I'm 28, just graduated from law school, and currently studying for the bar exam. I've been married for two years, and my husband just got his green card this spring so we are finally able to live together. We are hoping to start a family at the beginning of next year, and are currently busy fixing up our old house (and me studying!)

I am a 29 years old, married, from Washington DC

Age 34, ttc since January. One miscarriage - waiting to try again now.

37 years old, business owner, workaholic, happily married, no kids but trying to get pregnant. I started gaining weight in my first unhealthy marriage and it has stuck with me. As it packs on I'd get more and more depressed but wouldn't do anything about it. I have had three miscarriages and gained 20 pounds while on bed rest. That sent me over the edge with my weight. Recently my husband and I decided to change our ways and make a lifestyle change. We go to the gym 6 days a week and are eating meal plans similar to what Nutrisystem recommends.

I'm 28 years old and had a baby on June 12, 2009. I gained about 45 pounds while pregnant and only lost 20. I am currenly working for a bank in a call center and my goal is to get back into shape.

I'm a spiritual person who loves kintting and reading. I used to run about 2.5 miles a day and would love to get back in the habit. I adore animals and have three cats and two guinea pigs. My husband is in law school, and I work full time at the University. I'm investigating going back to school next fall.

I am a Stay at Home Mom who totally loves to cook. I study Home Economics, am married for 3 years now and have two sons. My family is living in Germany at the moment but we are planning to eventually move back to the USA.

I have a son 18 mos old. I had dropped 20 lbs before getting pregnant and was happy that before going back to work I was only 5 lbs heavier than before pregnancy. But since being at work and developping bad eating habbits due to lack of planning and organization, I have gained 10 more lbs.

I am a 33yr old mother of a 4yr old little boy. I have been married for 2 1/2 months to a wonderful man. I am in retail management and love to shop. I love children and want to have two more before I turn 40.

I have had weight issues most of my life. I really want to get healthy and lose weight in hopes of getting pregnant and having a healthy baby. I am about 85 lbs overweight.

I am a 32 yr. new mother!!! I love to take pictures, hang out with my girlfriends , and I like to read. I have a real ambition to lose this weight, and with some work I think it can be accomplished.

Stay at home mother of two in the Bay Area of California. I love to cook and I love the gym. (It keeps me sane) I plan on becoming a personal trainer when my daughter is over a year.

I've been married for one year. My husband was recently transferred to another state, so I'm 5 hours away by car from my family and friends. We're hoping to someday be graced with children. The clock is ticking ;-)

I am 30 and married. I have a very demanding job as a local architect. My husband and I recently finished building our first home together. It was alot of work and it is now alot of house to keep up. During the house building we found out that my husband has cancer. He is currently going thru chemo. WIth all of this stress, I have gained a bit of weight I would like to shed before we start a family.

I have 3 sons, 19 yrs, 16 yrs, and 3 yrs. I am trying once more for that GIRL, thru IVF. I know that at 41 another pregnancy would be much easier if I start out thinner and healthier.

I've always been an active person throughout my childhood and teen years, but the work/life routine has taken over. Love to play tennis and swim.

39, happily married, 2 year old son. Was very active before pregnancy, have not picked it back up since.

29 and married 3 years. i love to workout but i also love to eat. I need to balance the two better to be healthy enough to start a family. we had a baby boy june 18th 2010

I am a stay at home mommy of three boys ages 7, 5, and 2. I also have three businesses that I run from home, I recently started them and I find it rather fun versus going to an office. My husband is a postal carrier and very active. More info... I'm 27, I live in Michigan (Detroit area) and as everyone knows we are having serious economic problems here. I have my BS in Health Care Systems Administration and I'm working on my MSA in Human Resources. We are both active in our community and with our boys and I'm very into FAMILY. Because of my weight gain my joints are under some stress. I hurt my knee and doing simple things cause me problems because I'm so big and my little jonts can't handle the weight. SO, I have to find low impact things to do until I lose some weight. STATS: Height: 5’ 1.5” Weight: 215lbs Goal: Somewhere between 125 & 155 I'm very heavy chested so if I lose too much weight I'll look like Dolly Parton

I am 28 years old, married, and mother of identical twin 2 1/2 year old boys. I work full time as an accountant.

I am 26 years old and ever since I got married 7 years ago I have gained weight and gotten to the point where I have felt I have lost control.

I am married with 3 kids ages 10, 3 & 1 1/2. I have my own business in which I work from home and I also have a part time job.

I'm a 36 year old American female living in Tokyo who is ready to get pregnant again after several losses last Fall/Winter. I have stopped wallowing and am ready to step it up and return to peer trainer after a half-year hiatus.

I'm 27 years old, got married a little over 4 years ago, and have since gained 20 pounds. I'm a pharmacist with a busy schedule, but once I get on track with working out, I can do it. Overeating tends to be my weakest point. I recently just found out I was pregnant, and still haven't lost those 20 lbs! So the goal during pregnancy is not to go crazy and gain too much weight...

I'm 32, 5'7 and 196 pounds (I have tears in my eyes as I type in the number) and married to a health/workout'aholic. I want to have a baby this year but refuse to at my current weight. How can I have a baby when I'm already this heavy as it's way to dangerous and what kind of rolemodel will I be for my child. I would like to have enough energy to play with him or her. In July of 2007 I hit my all-time weight high of 215. With eating healthy I have already lost 20 pounds. It's getting harder for me now- the weight is comming off very, very slowly.

I'm a stay at home mom of two 4years & 6months old boys. They are a lot of work and sooo busy! My husband is a wonderful partner and father but is away with work for the year, he's in the military and is on tour so we only see him ever 8 weeks for 2 weeks. Its tough, but its working.

I wanna be a mama. I am a teacher. Sort of ironic. Want to be healthy...tired of the side effects of PCO's

I am 38 and have 4 children; 12, 10, 7 and 19 months

I am a 29year old female 5’6 & 175lbs. I work in the medical field as an X-ray technologist. I have two jobs that unfortunately makes for long days and weeks and leaves little time or energy for exercise. I want to lose about 15 to 20lbs and learn to eat healthier and exercise.

I have struggled with weight and self-image since I was in grade school, but I am very resistant to the notion of 'diets' and the idea that I don't fit some cultural ideal. Whatever. I just want to be healthy and feel very fit. I lost almost 20 pounds about 3 years ago. At the time my goal was to lose 15-20 more, but instead I gained it all back.

I am a 38yr old mother of a 2yr old. I have had a weight problem since I was a teen. In the past I have lost weight and gained it back numerous times. Since having my daughter, I have become the heaviest I have ever been. I needed to lose about 30lbs pre pregnacy. I gained about 80lbs during pregnancy and have only lost about half. I would like to lose around 75lbs. I am currently doing Weight Watchers but have been at a standstill for months. I have lost my will power and am desperate to get it back. I would like to have another child but my fear is that if I become pregnant with all this weight on, I'll never be able to lose it!

I am a 26yr old stay at home mom, with a busy 2 1/2year old son. I love to do anything crafty, like knitting and making jewelry. I also love to cook, but not always grocery shop! Especially with a toddler.

I am 32 years old. Been married to a wonderful man for 12 years last August (only problem is that he is an endomorph - not me - cross species breeding has been fine - our children are beautiful.) I am also a busy wife and mother of 3. I have a 10, 7 and 1 year old. I work 1 day a week as a medical transcriptionist and teach group piano lessons. I have had chronic painful endometriosis for 5 years and so my baby Avery has been a wonderful blessing to me (no pain - except childbirth and nighttime feedings!). Unfortunately, my pain is returning and so is a terror that I will be stuck in my bed again. I am a Jesus follower and am trying hard to look like Him.

I'm 34 and in grad school right now. I have a beautiful little girl and husband. I try to balance school/work with home life. I'm working on making excercise a priority, and not feel guilty about the time spent excercising (vs. studying or with the fam!) I'm trying to lose the weight that crept up on me in the last year! So that I can be near my ideal weight before I start making another kid!

I am 36 yo, the mother of 2 boys-- a 2 yo and a newborn. I work for myself and have started working again, but just for several hours a week at this point. I lost the first 20 lbs post pregnancy pretty easily, but the last 20 are not budging. I'd also like to lose another 5 lbs on top of that for a goal weight of about 115. Current weight as of November 16-- 141 lbs.

I'm 27 and I have been teaching for 5 years. Middle school 3, and high school 2. I am married to a wonderful man and I am trying to get healthy before we conceive for my health and our baby's.

I am 32, married, have 2 kids, one boy and one gal (age 2 and 2 months). I have gained 18lbs during my first pregnancy and 20 lbs during my 2nd pregnancy. Altogether I have gained 38 lbs in 2 years time, terrifying. I am 132 lbs before pregnancy and I am looking to lose those extra pounds in a year time.

30 year old mother of two - a three month old son and a three yr old daughter. Currently weigh 160 pounds at 5 feet 5 inches.

I'm married, 26, just decided to go back to college to get my AA, after working in the Mortgage business for 7yrs, and putting it off after high school. I just moved to WA from CA about 1.5 yrs ago and found a great church that my husband and I are actively involved in. We plan on starting a family sometime in 2008, and the only thing holding me back is my weight. I have always been afraid of getting pregnant because of the guarenteed weight gain, and how hard it was for me to loose/maintain my weight. Over the past 6mo I have gained about 20lbs, mainly from falling otu of my exercise and eating habits and getting busy with school and working part time. I need to regain control and get my life in order.

I am 30, have two wonderful sons and a great husband. I work as an engineer and have one more class to complete my MBA.

I'm 25 years old, married, and a new mom. I am currently staying at home with my baby and working on finishing up my masters degree.

I work full time and a mother of a 5 year-old boy My family history has every disease you can think of, major ones being diabetes, breast and colon cancer and of course heart disease. There are a bunch more, but I won't list. I refuse to listen to my mother's statements that I will have one or more of these diseases because our family does. I hope to get my BMI down to a healthy point and stay there for both disease prevention and to feel and be healthier.

I'm 23 years old and work in the city. I'm Jamaican but have lived in the U.S. most of my life..I'm a New Yorker! but i love west indian fatty foods!! I love to dance and am pretty healthy except my cholesterol is borderline and I want to fix it before it gets bad.

Most of my time I'm felling tire, stressful, upset and tired.

36 year old stay at home mom shuffling kids around town.

I am 30 years old and have given birth 4 times. I am married to a great man who loves all 180 lbs of me and will forever be my rock to lean on no matter what I look like. I am a Registered nurse and currently work a desk job so I am in a chair in front of a computer all day long. I have always been self conscious about my wieght and looking back I realized that even back in high school when I was very athletic and weighing 115lbs, I thought I was fat and not good enough back then too! I know that most of my issues are internal but recently I discovered that I have hypothyroidism. This being a huge contributor to my inability to lose weight, my lack of energy and my terrible mood shifts.

I am a 28 yr old mother to four littlies, age 5,3,2,1,before having my children i was a size 12 and now i am a size 20 .

I am a high school French teacher and guidance counsellor. I am looking to lose weight before getting pregnant. I hurt my back a little over 2 years ago and have been dealing with back pain 24/7 ever since. I used to play soccer and volleyball for fitness but those sports are out of the question now. I have been struggling to find exercise I can stick to (and enjoy). I have gained about 25 pounds since I got hurt and it's driving me crazy.

I'm 33 with a 6 month old baby. I have been married 10 years. I have lost 20 of the 30 pounds I gained during pregnancy but still need to lose another 20 pounds on top of that for my 5'6" frame. I would love to weigh 150-155 again. If more weight came off, I would welcome that since I would like to try and get pregnant in the next year.

I'm a 26 y/o stay-at-home mom with a beautiful 11 mo. old daughter. I weighed in this morning at 161. I'm 5'2", so that's definitely too much weight for me! I have 6 more pounds to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight and then I'd like to work on being more fit and active before we have more babies!

I'm 24 years old, married for 3 years, and have a 2 1/2 year old son. I gained 70 pounds during my pregnancy, which shot my weight up to 196. I am down to about 165 now, but want to be around 130. I'd really love to be in a swim suit this coming summer!! I work for the government, and unfortunately sit in front of the computer most of the day!

I've been married for a year and a half and I have a 7 month old son. I've steadily been gaining weight since 7th grade. I was never able to lose weight but since my son was born I have lost 63 lbs and am looking to lose 60 more.

I m 33 and married. I want to have a baby real soon as i m getting older. I also want to lose around 10 pounds in a healthy way (i m 120 lbs now)

I am a wife and mother. I recently got married in August. My husband is from Jamaica and for our honeymoon we are planning a trip in Jun'08. I also work as a Job Coach at several high schools, helping special needs children find jobs.

I am a mother of 2 -- 3yr old and 18mth old. A full time Nursing Student and Wife. I will be done by May but I need to start losing weight that I gained with my last pregnancy and the addtional I gained while in school

I am a 39 year old SAHM with three kids ages 5, 3 and a baby girl born August 28th. I wish to lose weight for my overall health and mental well being... I find that I hold up in the house and avoid social situations as well as not involving myself in any interest outside of the home due to my size. I aim to work on my self esteem as the pounds drop off.

I am 26 years old, newly married to a wonderful man. I am living in Cincinnati.

I'm 29 and married.

I'm 35 years old and am married to a wonderful man! We're thrilled to finally be having our first baby in June 2009! I was able to lose 20 of the 50 lbs. I'd wanted to lose before getting pregnant, so that puts me in a better position than when I began a year ago, but I've been lethargic and eating a lot, so have gained a bunch back. Now that I'm feeling better, I plan to get back on the healthy eating and excercising wagon!

33yo married mother of yo boy, 8 mos pregnant, possible pre-gestational diabetes, ambitious. due for c-section first week of february.

37 year old telecom executive. Married for 8 years. Due in August 08.

26 year old mother of two.

I am new to this site, but excited about trying it! I just had my second child in August, so now I have 2 boys (8 and 5months). I want to lose about 30 lbs and I'm doing weight watchers. I don't usually eat meat, so vegetarian recipes are great!!

I am a 31 year old mother of a 13 year old girl. I live in the Boston area with my boyfriend of 11 years, my daughter, our miniature bulldog boy, Lincoln and little baby Olde English Bulldogge girl, Marley. I have some physical limitations due to an injury to my right leg and foot. I had compartment syndrome in 2005 and almost had to have my leg amputated. I was bedridden for over a year and had to re-learn how to walk. I am finding exercise very strenuos due to the injury and my weight, but I am determined to get off my butt and make some serious life altering changes. 4/4/08 - UPDATE - I am loving going to the gym everyday. I love doing something for myself. (Doing for me is a foreign concept) I love how I feel phyically and mentally. I have more energy and self esteem. My family and friends are proud of me and that makes me feel great. I never want to stop working out now. My foot and leg are not giving me any trouble other than some swelling (but that is really nothing new). Aqua Aerobics gives me the chance to do things that I could never do on land (even before my injury). It's like you are weightless - it feels great! I recommend it to everyone!

I am 32 years old and have two boys, ages 2 1/2 and 5 months old. I am a working mom and my husband is taking care of my two sons. I have gained weight after I gave birth to my first son and haven't lost it since.

I'm 37 and need to lose about 100 lbs. I'm not really unhappy with myself, I just think I could be even better.

I'm 29 and 30 is WAY too close around that corner... I need to stop the nonsense and get serious about myself and my body. I have been up and down on the scale my whole life and I would like to lose for good and maintain. I just found out I'm pregnant!!!!! and need to make sure I continue to be healthy. I got married in June 2006 and have been very comfortable in the relationship, it is now showing. I recently found out I have high cholesterol. I need to incorporate the foods that will help me lower the cholesterol as well as be healthy for the baby.

Married almost 10 years, 2 children 4 yr old & 4 mo old, American woman living in Shanghai, China since 2005. I love to sing, dance, travel, be a mom, do pilates and play. I have been a pilates instructor since 2000, but took time off last year while pregnant. I need to lose this baby fat and get in shape to start teaching at the studio again.

Hello. I am 23, my starting weight was 259. I Have been married for almost two years, we have an 8 month old daughter. I am currently Pregnant again.

I am a military spouse with 2 beautiful liittle girls.I am 24 and 5''0 and I would love to lose the weight so I could feel better about myself. I would do anything!

I am 19, a full-time college student. My major is chemistry. I also have a part-time job and I am a full-time mom. I just had my first baby ( a little girl) on December 5th, and I want my body back. Overall, I want to return to my pre-pregnancy weight. I want to regain muscle in my abs (Get rid of the flab/baby pouch). I also want to tone up the rest of my body especially my butt, thighs, and pecks (my boobs sag now from breast-feeding). Basically, I want to look good in a bikini again.

I'm a 30 year old pediatric therapist, with an 8 month old son. I'm looking to lose 25lbs.

31yr old Female. - AKA Vonnie. I will post measurements later. I plan to measure once per month on the 1st and not be focused on what the scale says. I need to work up the will to throw AWAY my scale, because i'm obsessed with stepping on that thing every time I pass it. (as if something signifigant happened from morning till night)

I actually weigh less now than before I got pregnant but since I had my baby 11 months ago and I want to lose at least 15-20 pounds. I also want tone up my stomach since I had to have a C-section.

I am a teacher and newly married. Somehow in the last few years (in an attempt to lose weight for my wedding) I actually gained about 60 pounds. My weight seems to be tied to not only bad habits, but also my mental health, my self-esteem, and unresolved issues in my life. I want to get my weight in order to be more healthy, to look better, to take on some of my self-esteem issues, and to get my body and my habits in shape for someday becoming a mom.

i am 17 years old i just had my son a month ago. i weigh about 138 and i want to get back down to 105. that is my ultimate goal but for now i will just be happy to make it to 110-115

I am a 31 year old mother of a 3 year old boy, a 2 year old girl and a 10 month old girl. I have been married to my husband for almost 8 years and we have been together for almost 13. I used to be thin in high school and very athletic. In fact, I used to be a size 2 and, since I was so active in sports, never had to worry about what I ate. Then came college and a long term boyfriend (now husband) and the pounds started pouring on. I was no longer in sports and eating and drinking like most college kids do. By the time I graduated college and got married, I was a size 6 or 8 and had put on the typical 20 pounds that a lot of college students do. I work part/full time (depending on the time of year) as a CPA and I tend to put my family first which leaves little time for me. I'm ready to change that.

I'm a happily married 37 year old mother of a beautiful 3 year old little boy and pregnant with my second child.

Hello My Name is Mandy, I am married, 23yrs old. My previous pregnancy left me w/ a misscarriage. I got real depressed. Put on a load of weight, my husband & I are trying to conceive. It just seems I can't do it!

I am a SAHM of 6. I've been married to my high school sweetheart for 11 years. I just turned 31, my baby just turned 1, and he's just about weaned. Now it's time for ME! I like to homeschool, blog, read, keep my house clean, go to church, and do contracted business administration on the side.

I just turned 31 and am married with no kids...yet. I am currently pushing 190 lbs and have to get the excess off before pregnancy b/c I've only heard it gets harder after kids.

I'm happily married. We will celebrate our 6 year anniversary this summer. My husband and I have a precious son who is 18 months. I'm an RN and work in the NICU at a children's hospital. My son was 3 months old when I started my last semester of nursing school. So I have pregnancy pounds and extra pounds put on while in school that have to be shed. I have DDD, degenerative disc disease, and have been told that the best treatment is to loose weight. I also want to do it for my husband (who is also overweight) and son. I've gotten to where I'd just rather sit on the couch and let my son play in the livingroom with his toys. I want to be more active and participate more in his play, but often times my back hurts me too much too.

I am a stay at home mom to two kids. My son, Dawson, is 2 1/2 and my baby girl, Alayna, is 3 months old.

I'm 31, I have two girls 7 and 4, and a son age 1 1/2. Lived in Charlottesville,VA for the past 3 years, and Oregon/Washington 8 before that. I'm originally from Oklahoma.

I am a 30 yr old mom of a beautiful lil girl. I love the outdoors. I cant wait for it to wrm up so I can go on walks with the baby.

I am 29 and mother to a 2 1/2 year old and a 3 month old. I currently work in education and just finished my Master's at the same time my husband completed his MBA. I am married to the love of my life whom I met in college. I love to run and I love to eat. It has never really been an issue till now. I was on the track team in college and my body was great. I continued to coach for six years and train while I coached.

I just turned 24 and have put on 57 lbs since I turned 20, and 37 lbs since my pregnancy. It's so hard for me to lose weight because I feel sometimes like I don't have the will power. I just love sweets :( and I hate working out....So here I am hoping that maybe I can get some support and motivation!

Height:5.4 Weight 2 weeks ago:165lbs 02/12 - 164 lbs Have 1 yr old baby...so sometime its difficult to concentrate on my diet and exercising.

I'm 25, married and have baby hopes on the mind. :) BUT I want to loose wait in the midst of my hopes. We were pregnant last year, but we lost the baby at 10 weeks. I feel into resentment, and I was neglecting my body in the midst of it all. Yesterday, I realized that I can't continue to add on pounds. I weight 166lbs and if i was to get preggo now, I would weigh in by the 9 month at over 200lbs.....I really don't want that, so I decided yesterday that I would exercise more, and watch my caloric intake. Myhusband and I aren't bad eaters, we eat pretty healthy. BUT Exercise is key to maintaining a great shape! And by May 1, I would like to be at 140lbs.....

I am a 28 year old working single mom in Houston who is just looking to lose my 15 left over pounds from pregnancy. My son will be 21 months this week and I am embarrassed to still be part of a community like this since I'm not pregnant or really even considered post partum anymore, but the extra weight is from pregnancy so I really like the idea of support from other moms.

I'm 32 and I just had my first son December 7, 2006. He's now toddl'in around the house and I'm attempting to get back into shape. I am a musician, currently on a hiatus from my music degree but I hope to be back in school this fall. I love to cook! I have a wonderful boyfriend who is a photographer and we have a two kids: our son and our persian cat. :) My goal is to get down to my pre pregnancy weight. I'm counting points with weight watchers. I gained 60 pounds with the pregnancy and when I came home from the hospital I was 180. I've slowly been losing weight by pushing the stroller around in my neighborhood but got stuck in the 170's for a good 8 months or so. I've decided to really work at it and have been back on the WW program since January 4th, 2008.

I am 30yo and married for almost 2 years. I have 2 children 5yo and 3 1/2 months! I aam snacker and I love to cook for my husband and we typically have big dinners. I feel bad to diet around him! I had a c-section and my tummy is still big, like I am 4 months pregnant. I need to get rid of it!!!

I was diagnosed with Graves disease about a year ago and then opted to have radioactive iodine treatment to help manage my hyperactive thyroid. I am now officially hypothyroid and I am having a hard time adjusting.

I am a 37 year old stay-at-home mom who has three boys ages 10, 7, and 2 yrs. I have been blissfully married coming up on 17years. I also homeschool. I have successfully lost weight on my own before children, but I am really having a tough time getting going after this last baby. I feed my children super healthy food, but have trouble with extra junk for myself.

I am a 23 year old wife and mother of a seven month old.

I am 27 years old registered nurse married with no children (yet)

I am active duty military living in the great state of Washington. I just had my first baby, a beautiful baby girl and I plan to nurse for at least 9 months. I want to be healthy for her and maintain weight standards for my job. My husband is a truly supportive SAHD who loves me no matter what.

I'm 35 and I have a seven month old. I'm 5'2" and I weigh 114.

I am a 'home maker'. A stay at home mom of a 2 1/2 yrs boy and of boy/girl twins (8 months). My husband and I are very busy doing ministry work with our church and really enjoy the outdoors.

I am a former Marine, so I constantly deal with bad body image issues. I used to be very fit and now that I'm in chronic pain (knees, feet and back) I'm no longer able to run or do anything high impact. I'm 31 and a mother of one 6 month old baby. I'm now a registered veterinary technician, but am not currently working so that I can care for my baby. My husband is a Marine, and very thin. He doesn't put me down or anything, but is not necessarily motivating either.

24. Wife. Mother.

I am the mother of 3 ages 3, 19 months, and 4 months old. Im from Cleveland Tennessee and I am a college student and I do direct sales. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and getting motivated to shed this excess weight.

I am a 42 yr old SAHM with 1 wonderful son who is 18 mths. I quit smoking cigs just before getting preggers and gained a whopping 20lbs my first month. All-in-all, I wound up delivering at 198bs. I need to still loose about 60lbs.

I am a stay at home mom to two wonderful children (2 and 1/2 and 10 weeks). I like to do things that my kids will enjoy, whether it is just going to Wal Mart or playing at the park.

I am a 37 y/o working mom with four children ages 2-16 and baby number 5 on the way. My third, fourth, and fifth children will all be less than 2 years apart, and I've never lost my baby weight after baby number three. My current pregnancy has been difficult, and I gained 26 lbs during my first trimester! I want to curb that, but I have no support system out here in CA as I recently moved from NY.

My name is Jami I am 21 years old and I have a son named Christopher. He was born last August and I have yet to lose the weight. He is an active little boy and I have a hard time keeping up with him.

I am 25, married 2 years in April, and my husband and I are expecting our first child, a son, in late May. I exercise with intensity about 6 days a week and enjoy eating healthfully (but sometimes my cravings win out over my desire to choose only the most healthful foods). I am looking to be fit and healthy during and after my pregnancy and also looking to fill my head with as much knowledge as possible about child-rearing, as I am going to be a parent for the first time!

I'm 33 with one new baby and a unhealthy husband living in West Africa for 9 months while he conducts his doctoral research. While I try to walk most everywhere, I don't feel like I get much of a workout as the culture I'm living in is very social and I stop and greet neighbors and friends everywhere I go. Also, if I'm not out before 9am, its too hot to leave the house(up to 120 some days).

I am a wife and a mother of one. My daughter is now 10 months old and I am about to return back to work.

I am married and in a loving relationship. We have 5 kids and loving every minute of it. We are all losing weight together as a family.

I am a 37 year old wife and mother of a 21 month old son and 2 rescued Golden Retriever dogs. I work full time, and have not had to worry about my weight. Since I had my son, I crave sugar, and the lbs keep piling on.

Well lets see.. I just turned 29,graduated college and am now working full time as well as some how managing a family. One of which is a 18 month old son whom I just can't get off the booby. Therefore keeping my calorie consumption up there. Rarely, have time between sports and work to really get a good healthy meal in as well as make it to a gym. BUT.. Ready to do this and get my self back!!

I am a 24 year old happily married new stay at home mommy to a beautiful 9 month old little girl. I met my husband four years ago at the gym. We were both in GREAT shape. I weighed about 110 pounds with a rock hard body. I was obsessed with working out and went to the gym religously. We fell in love and got married, went on our honeymoon to Mexico, got back and moved in to our first home. Well, we got comfortable with each other and of course quit working out. I gained weight over the years up to 145 pounds but i was still happy with my apperence. After two years of marriage we were blessed with our baby girl. I gained 45 pounds during my pregnancy. After she was born I dropped 20 pounds in a few weeks like it was nothing. Now I am STUCK at 170 pounds!! My goal weight is 125 pounds. My daughter is turning 1 at the end of June and I want to reach my goal weight by then. We are throwing a huge Luau for her 1st birthday! But saying "I have to lose 45 pounds in 3 months" is overwhelming and depressing. So I have come up with a more reasonable goal, I will lose 15 pounds a month (still the same amount but it sounds better). Now that sounds doable! Now I just have to find the motivation to work out, because I have none!!

I am 32 years old. I have 5month old twins, plus 3 other kids ages 12 1/2, 8 and 6...which means I have 5 kids worth of baby weight to shed

I'm a SAHM with two little boys, a 4 year old and an 8 month old. I have 30-40 pounds that I've gained since getting married and having kids that I need to lose. I'd like to have one more baby, but I'd like to lose the weight from the first 2 and be healthy and fit before I try again. I'm hoping that the next time around, I won't be gaining 50 pounds that doesn't come off. ;)

I am a 20 year old single mother. I'm just trying to get my old body back and then some.

I have three children ages 11, 2, and 6 months. I have never had this much trouble with motivation and energy to do anything. I hope with spring coming and maybe peertrainer I will have more support. I sew at home doing alterations and custom sewing. I hope when I start up again in June I will have lost 1/2 the weight. I plan on breast feeding until oct 08.

I am 33 years old with 2 kids (3 and 1). We are working on number 3 but I don't think it is going to happen. I was a little overweight in grade school, until I started dancing. Then I lost lots of it and toned up. I was about 125 when I got married in 2002. 140 after my first baby and now 160. I gained 50 pounds with my second. I really would like to lose 30 pounds.

I'm 31, I have two kids, a three year old daughter and a 2 month old son. I am a stay-at-home mom and I work a couple hours a week editing papers for the local school district.

I am 5'3" and lost 45 lbs over a couple of years through healthy diet and regular exercise. I gained ten of it back late 2007 then found out I was pregnant. My current weight is 158 and I am 4 months preggo with #1.

I'm a 27 year old teacher who has struggled with weight my whole life. I love food, and am looking for healthier ways to enjoy it.

I am a full time mom to an amazing 7 month old little girl. I travel with my husband for work for long periods of time so i dont have friends close by for support. I love to travel, sew, paint, photography, play poker, and just have fun in the moment, whatever moment that may be!

I'm a 30 year old mom to 3 boys. Braedan, 6, Ryan, 3, and Jordan, 9 months. I'm a stay at home mom/student. I lost 50 lbs from July 2005-March 2006. I did it all on my own. I just started eating right & I went to the gym 6x a week. After I lost the weight, I maintained it until I got pregnant with my 3rd son. I gained 54 lbs while I was pregnant.

I am 28 years old married female. 5'5" and 178 pounds. I have hypothyroidism and pcos.

My name is Leanne, I'm almost 20 and I just had my first son on 4/15/08. I'm trying to shed the weight I gained and then some. I was overweight before I had him and now I just want to get in shape before I have to start running around after him!

I am the mother of 4, including one now in the NICU, born 15 weeks early, I have 14 month old twins and a 5 year old.

I am 30 years old. I have 3 kids...5yr old son, 3yr old daughter and 6mos old daughter. I live in AZ with my SO. Life right now is beyond stressful but I have to work on my weight because its never going to be stress free! I was never heavy till after my son at age 25 and I get very depressed about how I look! I need help with motivation:)

30s, scientist, two kids - 5 years and 9 months. I gained during grad school, and then pregnancy. Various issues reacting to certain foods started cropping up after my first pregnancy. I swear, I used to be an athlete. I miss that so much.

I'm soon to be 37, a mother of a teenager, and married to a wonderful man size 3x.

I'm a 35 year-old wife and mother of a 3 1/2 year-old son. I work full-time, and often get stressed. I've been turning to food for emotional support, and I really want to get out of that habit!

SAHM to a rambuctious 2yr old and a 5 week old.

I've been married a little over two years. I started working out regularly in mid-May. I haven't lost much weight, but I feel better about myself. The husband and I hope to start a family soon and I'm a little paranoid about infertility.

I am married, almost 31, working in Clinical Research at a Children's Hospital in Chicago.

I am 42, mom to one, 17 months, and two bonus kids - 11 & 19. I have my own business as well and my husband and I are not the most organized people in the world!

24 yr old mother of a 2 yr old and newborn

I'm a stay-at-home mom of two, a 4 1/2 yr old boy and a 5 week old little girl.

Gave birth to a beautiful baby girl in November. Gained about 50 lbs over the course of my pregnancy and so I would like to get back to where I began! I will be on mat leave for a year so I would like to take advantage of this "free time" (that seems like a joke because with a newborn there really is no free time ;-) to get back into shape.

I'm 38 years old. I'm married with 3 beautiful girls, ages 14, 8 and 10 months. I keep a very hectic schedule between work and family. My goal is to be in the best shape of my life by my 40th birthday.

I am a 31 year old mother of three. I just had my third baby sept 07. I work as a nurse so there is always unhealthy food around the unit tempting me everyday.

I'm a 24 year old stay at home mom of two boys ages 23 months and 9 months. I've been married for three years and had two babies since then. I started to just put on the weight and have never lost any of it. Before I was married I weighed 115 lbs. I now weigh 175 lbs. Hormones have got the best of me and now I suffer from post-part um depression. Most days I sit on the couch, eat junk food, and watch TV. I just don't feel like getting up. I need the support to start exercising and eating right for my boys and my husband.

age: 31 sex: F height: 5'2'' starting pg weight: 111.6 week 5: 113.4

I am a third year teacher in St. Louis, MO. I just got married this past November. I really became involved in my school this year (Homecoming sponsor, Girls Swimming Coach). All that goes into teaching, along with getting married added a lot of pounds to my weight. I used to be really active, and I want to get there again.

I am a stay-at-home mom of four children. I have a 10 yr. old stepdaughter, a 4.5 year old son, a three year old daughter, and a little girl who will be one in July. I'm just having trouble staying motivated and losing weight.

I'm an accountant, I have 3 kids two of which are twin boys. I hardly have anytime to do exercise but i have gained a lot of weight and have been struggling to get it off since i had the twins. It been a battle, I lose then i gain it back. I would really like to lose at least 30lbs and feel better about my body. I have started to take Alli. This is my first week and I have not had any bad side effects from it. Makes me eat less fat and that is good for my weight loss quest.

I am 23 years old and I have the most awesome 3 year old little girl that i love to death...and that is why, well that is part of why i am making the choice to change the lifestyle i am living... Married in April 08, first-time Mom in February 09, Christian who loves the Lord Jesus and is very active in church.

I am a 36 year old teacher and have been obese all of my life. I have tried losing weight many, many times and at times have had some success only to gain back all of the weight plus some major change (story of every overweight person's life huh?). To be honest I gave up on losing weight a long time ago but although pessimistic I am giving it a try again for various reasons. I'm getting older thus my body hurts and I'm finally afraid for my health.

I am 29 yrs old married to a wonderful Christian man. I have no children. I would love to start my family and that is my motivation to lose weight.

I am a 36 year old Christian stay at home mom of 4 kids, ages 5 months to 8 years. I have actually been pregnant six times ( two miscarriages) so my body has taken a beating in the last 8 years. I have always had good metabolism and so I could eat whatever I wanted. Now it is catching up with me. My mom also subtly put on weight and has never been able to keep it off. I want to be a mom who is active with my kids.

I'm 28 years old and stay at home with my 7 month old son, Jonathon.

I'm 25 and I work part-time as an ICU nurse. The rest of my time is spent with my family. My husband is a bi-vocational pastor/construction worker, so our schedule stays pretty full. Up until I started having children, I maintained a slim figure with no effort. I just had my second daughter 9 weeks ago and it's time to loose my baby fat!

38 year old mom of 3 (7yrs ,3.5yrs, and 8 month old boys).I just stopped nursing. I am working full time. I am a family physician, so I know what to do. Executing it is the hard part while juggling my busy life.

I am 29 and have been happily married for 6 years. I have a 4 year old son who definitely keeps me busy. I am a full-time mom and wife and part-time grad student. I have always been a little bigger than I should ideally be, but it's never bothered me enough to actually do something about it. Now that I'm getting a little older, my weight is creeping up with my age, so I figured I needed to get it under control.

I just had a baby 3 months ago. I gained 45 pounds during my pregnancy. I lost 30 pounds within two weeks, and since then I haven't lost anything despite eating well and working out. I'm trying to jump start my weight loss. I have used peer trainer in the past and found it to be really useful. I've been working out 4-6 times a week and trying to lose the weight, but it hasn't been going well. My hope is that my getting on PeerTrainer I can motivate myself.

I'm a 25 yr old mom of 1, Jake- turned 4 this month. I gained 39 pounds when I was pregnant and having trouble getting rid of it.

46 year old computer programmer, gained 40 pounds when I had two babies. I sit about all day at my job so I really have to exercise. It seems like I start losing weight then the bad habits slip back in.

I love to exercise, but have a difficult time maintaining it. I suppose I am the queen of on and off the work out regimen. I like to do things that are fun and keep me interested..I am on maternity leave till December so I would like to take advantage of my time at home till I go back to work. I have a 4-year-old daughter and am married to my sweetheart. I love to read, go to the mall, watch movies, and try new hobbies.

I am soon to be 28 years old. love spending time with my family, horses and animals, working on projects, traveling. I have spent a lot of time making plans and not following through (including losing weight). I want to stop that and start actually doing the things that I want and set out to do.

I am a mom of a 6 year old as well as a newborn. I love music, the outdoors and anything "creative".

I'm 22, 4'10ish and currently 157lbs.

26 y.o. girl... learning how to juggle being a mom of a toddler, wife, somewhat-working woman, and God-follower all at once. i have great passions, but my attention span doesn't always leave room for them to get fully accomplished. having this group in my life will be a huge part of keeping me on track!

I'm a 26 year old stay at home mother of 1. I run a daycare from my home, and enjoy it...most days! We are trying for baby number 2, but I am so nervous to get pregnant at my current weight, then gain all that baby weight!

30 yrs. old, just had first child 7 mths ago, began pregnancy at 111 and ended at 139....but cannot get past 120 now. I know it's possible, because I've barely tried. However, that's my challenge. I almost need a partner to check in with to make myself more disciplined. I have always had a lot of discipline in this area and it's gone! I think I've been so enamored with my newborn, that I have stopped 'caring' so much about my own physical status. But enough's enough!

I love being with my baby girl, Anjewely. We recently got a puppy maltese named Marley. My husband supports our family so I can stay at home with our little darlings. We love doing anything outside.

I'm a 22 year old newly wed and new mother. I am wanting to lose my pregnancy wieght and get back down to what i weighed befor i got pregnate

Working full time, 3 kids and a husband!

I am 34 and had my first (and last) child 8-14-07. Since my son was born I have lost virtually none of the 52 pounds I gained during my pregnancy. Up until the age of about 16 I always weighed ~100#. After that I usually hovered around 160-170...Now at 210+ for 10 months now, I could not be more unhappy. I joined the local YMCA at the beginning of July '08 and am BEYOND ready to finally get all this baby weight off, and then some! I am a registered veterinary technician and absolutely LOVE it. (not the crappy pay, but the rewarding job).

I'm a quiet but fun outgoing person who at one time felt really good about myself. Three years ago I had a baby and never lose the weight and I think it's time to get rid of it.

I am 30, and live in the Cleveland area. Married for 3.5 years, and 1 daughter, 15 months old. I am a stay-at-home mom. I find I work better in a group atmosphere. I like the challange of friendly competition. I need a little push to stay motivated.

i am a 29 yr old HR officer, i am currently on a year off to take care of my son. Before my son I worked out a lot and was in great shape. I gained 50lbs during pregnancy, i ate healthy before, during and after pregnancy and was able to lose 30lbs in the first 3 months.

I'm 26 years old and just had my first baby. I had a boy on 7/14 and although I lost most of the weight, I definitely want to become more fit.

I am a new mom to a 10 month old baby boy. I love socializing and being active. I spend as much time with family and friends as possible. My hobbies are movies, traveling, and reading. I need a group of really supportive people to help me achieve success!

Single working mother to a 5-month old daughter.

I am almost 27 and when i met my partner 3 years ago neither of us wanted children, something has changed in us both and we have now been trying for 11 months without success. I am overweight and i worry that this is either stopping me getting pregnant, or will make things harder when it actually happens. I dont find dieting easy & it is good for me to have a reason, although it doesnt make it easier!

i'm 38 stay at mom.I'm married have 4yr son.

I'm 27 years old and have been married for almost 8 years. I just joined so I will add more when I'm not at work.

34 year old mom of two beautiful girls.

I'm a stay at home mom of a beautiful 8 month old daughter. During my pregnancy I was put on bed rest and gained alot of weight. I'm 26 and feel like I'm 96!

I'm a 38 year old SAHM to a 3 year old daughter. I've been married for four years to a crazy entepreneur. :-) My interests include healthy cooking, weight training, yoga, mindifulness meditation, happiness, brain research, good fiction (esp. sci fi), hiking, biking, music, and I'd really like to get into quilting. I've been on and off of weight loss programs since I was in college. I'm currently trying to lose the baby weight and would like to eventually get down to somewhere between 110 - 120 lbs, which would be good for my petite frame.

I am a stay at home mom to my 13 month old daughter. Although I was only about five pounds heavier than my pre pregnancy weight after I gave birth to her, staying home all day has really taken a toll on my body. I eat when I'm stressed. I am not a morning person, so getting up with my daughter is very hard for me, my motivation has been food, and not healthy food. For the past year, as soon as I wake up I'm eating chips, ice cream, or anything that can be made fast, usually not anything healthy. I continue that pattern all day. I also eat a lot right before bed, since that is my time to myself, I do somthing I enjoy...eating. I have been yo-yoing for about three months, and I'm now realizing where I went wrong. I waited too long before I tried losing weight for summer, and I spend the whole summer on very extreme diets, trying to get a "beach body." I could never stick to any of the diets I tried, and as soon as I'd have a slip up, I'd give up all together. Now that summer has come and gone, I have no need to rush my weight loss, so I'm hoping that I'll be able to stick to a more realistic diet and excercise program.

I am 30 and the mother of a 2 year old boy. I am pregant with my second child. I am only 6 weeks along and have already gained 5 lbs. I gained 25 pounds with my first pregnancy and lost all of the baby weight plus a few pounds before this pregnancy. I am somewhat mystified and shocked with this initial jump in weight and don't want things to continue at this rate.

24 y/o female. I recently had a baby 8-11-08. I gained 40 lbs and have a little less than 15 to go. I am breastfeeding so I want to be sure that I am very careful about my diet.

I'm 28,and I have four great kids ages 1-9. One girl, three boys and no time away from them. I work for the Commonwealth as an executive secretary, so I spend most of my day at my desk solving problems. My mother just passed away at the end of July, and I want to do something that will help me with the gieving process besides eat and gain weight. I've never been small but I want to be healthier for my kids, my husband and my mom. She was always worried about my health because we have history of "sugar" and heart disease in my family. I had my gall bladder remover 3 years ago and I thought that my health would improve after that but I just don't stick to the healthy eating and three day workout plan.

I am a wife and mother of twin girls, Kayla and Ysabelle. I am active-duty military stationed in NJ. I recently returned to the states after being stationed overseas for five years. Its been a year since i have had the girls and i am just trying to loose the baby weight.

I am a 36 year old mother of an 11 month old little girl. I was in decent shape before I got pregnant but losing this baby weight has been very hard. I gained 30 lbs during the pregnancy and I am still 20lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight!!! AND my daughter was 8lbs with the placenta coming in at 2lbs. So basically I have lost no weight at all!!! Even though she was exclusively breasfeed until she was 6 months old.....I willl be going back to work in February and I can't fit into any of my work clothes!!!!!!

I am 27 year old married mama of a beautiful little boy. I guess I have always been on the "bigger" side but after high school ended, it really got bad. In May of 2007, we did a "fat camp" at work and I lost about 20 lbs in 6 weeks. I got pregnant shortly after that and my good eating/exercise habits didn't carry over.

I am 28 years old with three small kids. Since starting to lose weight, I have lost a total of 20 pounds so far. It's hard to stay motivated all the time. I live in the Mountains away from family and friends. So I get no support from them and my husband isn't any help in that department.

working as a brand service manager in an ad firm, enjoys good food and swimming

I'm 41 and happily married but we have no children. I'm a professional with a mostly sedentary lifestyle.

I'm 31 years old and trying to have a baby. I feel about 20 lbs overwieght and I am not as active as I'd like to be. I want to loose some weight and be active before conceiving.

I am a stay at home mom of two.

My name is April and I am 25 years old. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 2 years and we currently have a 15 month old baby girl with whom I stay at home with (stay at home mommy). We are in the process of trying for baby #2. I decided to finally step up and get into the shape I want to be in. I used to be in good shape thanks to my 7 (or 9, can't remember) years of softball. Once I stopped playing, the pounds started packing on! I would like to start eating healthier and to also workout, not only for my sake, but my families sake. Since my husband and I are trying to concieve #2 and this cycle it didn't work, I decided I would give this a try to help me relax and to get in shape of course!

I'm a 26 year old newlywed. My husband and I have been married for just shy of 7 months. I am currently at my highest weight ever, and I really want to get back to the weight I was when my husband and i met, 80 pounds ago! I use to be extremely athletic and want to be able to do the stuff I love.

My name is Ashley, I'm 22. I have 2 kids! Alexis who is 2 and Dyllan is 5 months...I love them more than anything lol and they are also the cause of all my weight gain! I just started losing my baby weight from alexis, when I got pregnant with dyllan, so I have 2 pregnances to work off! YAY ME lol

I am 27 and have been married for three years. I work full time as a nurse and am taking online courses to further my degree. I would like to get in shape before trying to get pregnant with our first baby.

I am a 25 year old female, married to a wonderful guy. I work as a consultant. I love my job but the worst of my job is the commute. I have to drive 80 miles to an fro daily which gives me very less time for other things. Me and my hubby plan to have a baby, but i would love to lose some weight before that, so that i do not have to worry about any weight related issues during pregnancy. Also my long term goal is to stay healthy and remain active and not be dependent on others.

Hello, My name is Candace... friends call me Candy. I just moved to the Dallas, Texas area from central California with my husband, 10 year old step son and our 2 year old daughter. Hello, I’m Candace… or Candy. I am a California native living in northern Texas for the time being. The family and I are moving back to Cali next year. I have a wonderful husband, a three year old daughter and a ten year old step son. I had always been very athletic until the birth of my daughter and then I became so overwhelmed with motherhood I forgot to take care of myself. I went from weighing 125 pounds to 206 pounds in two years. I lost 30 pounds (yay) but it took me a year to do it and I still have a long way to go before I reach my goal weight.

I'm 37 and worried about the upward trend in my weight over the last decade. Every time I've made a concerted effort to reverse it, by eating more conscientiously and really making time for fitness classes, scheduling runs, etc., I've gotten off track after 3 or 4 months and wound up right back where I started, or slightly worse off. My weight has gone from 'around' 130 lbs 12 yrs ago to 140 to 150 and now to around 155.

I am a 23 year old single mother of a little boy born 9/28/06. I thought that I didn't like my body before I got pregnant. Since, I have wished for that body back (or at least close!!!). I only gained about 20 lbs during my pregnancy. About a month after I had my son, I was already back down to my pre-pregnancy weight (just distributed in different places), and in the past year and a half have gained almost 40 lbs.

I am 31 and was married this past summer. I am trying to lose about twenty pounds before the end of summer 2009. My husband and I want to get pregnant in the fall of 2009, or perhaps a little later. I want to be in good shape and feel light and strong and healthy before we conceive. I am looking to feel better in my clothes and in my skin and to have more energy.

I am 30 and work in education. I have recently lost 40 lbs, but have gained 10 back after a medication change. I'm ready to connect and get on track!

I have a 2 1/2 year old girl and 6month old boy, live in Chicago, and teach part-time. I manage to work out on days that I work since I have daycare. I also do a lot of walking with the stroller and try to do some exercise in front of the TV at the end of the evening.

I am a stay at home mom to my ten month old son. I graduated college with a degree in Criminal Justice, which I used for about a year and a half before getting preg and moving to Ca to be with my Air Force hubby. Like I said, I would like to be at least 180 before we are expecting again... but we've already been talking about it, so the clock is ticking. I love to do a number of crafts including crochet, beading, and cake decotrating. Keeping up with my boy is one of my greatest joys.

Hi my name is Amanda and I am 38. My husband and I have been married 18 years this year and have an eleven year daughter. We recently lost our son Benjamin at 5 days of age due to complications due to premature labour. Both our children were bon around 27 weeks gestation. I feel cheated as I didn't bring my baby home and I am stuck with the post pregnancy weight. I have had many miscarriages between Amber and Ben and have struggled with my weight due to emotional eating. I know I can lose my excess baggage with a lot of hard work. 15 to 20 kg would be good.

A new mother of one active 6 month old named Kano( Born on January the 8th 2009). I am a career woman and finding a balance between work and home is very difficult for me. I cannot seem to find a minute to take care of myself ( eating healthy, exercising, etc)

,I'm going to lose 40 pounds by my 40th birthday, which will put me at 170 pounds---not my final goal, but a reasonable weight for my 5'9" frame. I have 6 kids, and am about to move for the third time in 5 years.

I am 26 years old, I have a son who is almost 2

Married, 30, working full-time, 5'5"

I'm just about to turn 30 with a one year old daughter. I have always been a bit overweight, but about 5 years ago I got down to a healthy goal weight, re-vamped my eating habits, and got active! I'd maintained the loss ever since. I think most of those good habits are why I'm currently only 10 pounds above goal! I work part-time.

I am 43 and have a 8 year old and a 5 year old. I finally lost the weight I have been wanting to lose!

28 year old 5'3 153 pounds. Married with no kiddies yet but trying for some. Put on almost 30 pounds in the last 1-2 years and am on a mission to lose that weight the healthy way! I want to look and feel good.

I'm a 35 yr old SAHM mom. I WILL lose 10 more lbs before I have my 2nd baby and change my mindset for good.

I am a 42 yr old mom with a 14 mos. old daughter. I also work full time and have a long commute (1 hr plus) every day. I am desperate to get back to a healthy weight. I was not thin before I got pregnant and have not lost my pregnancy weight. I am not comfortable with the numbers on the scale and want to be healthy for me and my daughter.

36 year old female 5'11" I am an IT professional, and a writer.

I`m married, and a homeschooling mom with 5 children, ages 13 to 5 months. I`m nursing my baby,so that makes it a challenge to figure out how to eat well,so I can produce enough milk, and still drop pounds.I`m about 48 pounds heavier than when I got married almost 15 years ago.

My name is Maggie - I am a 28 yr old wife, mother of a 15 mo old little boy and a nursing student. So, needless to say, I am busy busy. I have been struggling to lose this remaining baby weight - about 7-10 lbs (depending on the day), but also need to lose a bit more! I know a lot about nutrition and exercise and have successfully lost weight and stayed fit for years in the past, but my weight crept up before I got preggo and now I am having the HARDEST time losing!!! I dont know what the deal is and I am getting DESPERATE!!!

I'm 41 years old, a grad student who is primarily working from home for the last year (will end late August as I start an internship). Miscarried 2 months ago; first try at pregnancy, got pregnant second month trying. No luck for last 2 cycles.

I'm 29 years old, and I've been struggling with my weight since college. I've tried various diets, and I've been temporarily successful in the past, but nothing ever sticks for me. I've gotten down as low as 180, but I always put it back on within a year. I'm going to start trying to get pregnant soon, and I want to be healthy when I do. I've also been noticing more health problems (joint pain, skin issues, lack of energy), and I'm not always able to do all the things that I enjoy or want to do. I want to feel better physically and feel better about myself.

Stay at home mom of very very active and loving 5 year old and 6 month old. Still breastfeeding full time.

I have always been pretty athletic, but feel like I have eternal baby fat :) This past may I had my first baby and I feel like my body took a blow! But I have been trying to work hard and now lost my baby weight, but have 15 more lbs to reach my goal weight (a weight I have never been but will keep trying to reach)

I'm 23 years old and in school for my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I am an active member in my church and currently teach my son. I have a wonderful husband who is very supportive of anything I do, unless it is wrong obviously. I am having a problem with my weight because it keeps me from being able to do everything I need to do. I am currently 225 pounds and 5'4". I would like to get down to about 135 or 140 so that I can get pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy.

I am 20 years old and my husband and I are hoping to start a family soon. We've been married for a year and half now and I would LOVE to start a family. However, I want to get to my ideal weight and be in shape and eating healthy before we start trying.

I'm 21 years old. I was blessed with a baby boy just this April. I have a great husband and family. I am insecure about my weight and decided I am gonna do something about it. I'm taking control.

I am a military spouse and a stay at home mom of 3 kids. Ages 3, 19 months and 5 months. I gained most of my weight when I started having children. I was already about 40 pounds overweight when I got pregnant with my first child. I gained about 75 pounds during my first two pregnancies and I actually started losing weight with my third. I was 266 and I am now 225, I still have a long way to go but I already feel much healthier. Most of my weight is in the belly though because my stomach got so stretched out with my pregnancies.

well my name is holly!!! I recently had my first daughter june 5th 2009. im getting married in june =].. im 21 yrs old. i never really had a problem with weight before, i cheerleaded all my life and in 2007 i tried out for the tampa bay bucks cheerleading team...[didnt quite make it lol]now im just trying to lose the ret of my baby weight!!!

Hi all! I turned 28 a few months ago, and for the first time in over a decade I am happy in my life. Feeling good about most aspects of my life has given me the strength to feel better all around, and this includes losing the weight that has held me back these past decade. I was raped at 17 and left to raise a little girl on my own. And while my now 9 year old has inspired me greatly, I think the trauma from it all took more of a toll than I realized. Then to add to that I was injured in a car accident when I was hit by a drunk driver. I had turned in the car to cover my then infant and it resulted in a bulging spinal disk. Because I have no health insurance I have battled this injury for the last 8 years and it limited my ability to exercise and maintain my health like I had wanted. Then to top it all off, I packed on 60 pounds in one year, with no real justification. I was tired all the time and i went to four different doctors who told me i was just depressed. I was finally diagnosed with hypothyroidism and once on medication the weight gain ceased, but i am finding it impossible to lose. I try to eat right and exercise as best I can, but it is very difficult. As a single mom, a full time student, owning my own business and volunteering for 3 different groups including being my daughter's Scout leader I don't feel like I have 5 minutes to breath. This last year the most wonderful man saw the real me through all my downs and troubles and with his inspiration I have found the happy, hopeful person I used to be and have felt renewed to be a healthier me for my daughter, my fiancee, his two sons and the family we want to start together. I suffered 2 miscarriages this last year and was told it was most likely due to my thyroid/ weight issues. We are eager to have a little one together, and I really am feeling the need to get my health under control. Not to mention I have spent a great deal of time and money on an education to become a Child Protection Officer and I want more than anything to work with the UN in the field in an emergency setting, but in order to be effective in such a role I must get my health in order first.... so now that that is more than anyone ever wanted to know.... I'm here for a little extra motivation and guidance along the way. If anyone is going through the weight loss process with Thyroid issues, I'd sure love to hear how you deal with it all. Thanks!

I am actually pregnant right now with me second son, due in just a few weeks. My new years resolution is to be a healthier me. Not just to go on a diet, but to CHANGE my diet for good. I want to eat right and exercise daily. I need motivation and inspiration to get me goin', and to keep me goin'.

I am 25 years old and will have been married to my husband for 2 years in April. We are expecting out first child this upcoming May.

I'm 23 yr old and half way through my pregnancy. I have had problems with my weight most of my life and finally last year got all the weight off and was in great shape......then I got pregnant and I am very confused. I have trouble staying on track with being healthy and thinking about the future of my body and hope that this helps.

Mom of 3-- 2 boys and baby girl

I Love being a Mom and taking care of my family. Love shopping and coupon cutting!

I'm a 30 year old mother of 1 beautiful daughter with my husband of almost 7 years. I'm currently dealing with some issues recently that I believe are partially related to the 20 lbs I've gained since having my daughter.

I just turned 25. I'm a liberal Mormon mom of two little ones and partner in my husband's small business. I love reading, spending time with my husband, quilting, and silence (that last one is especially hard to get these days). I've got a BS in Sociology. I'm breastfeeding my little one and plan to nurse her at least two years like I did with her older brother.

Im 25, married with a child. I work in an office setting 8 hours a day so not much activity.

My husband and I have been together for 5 years and married for 3 in May. We have been trying to get pregnant for all 3 years we have been married! I would like to lose weight to be able to have children. I'm 29 years old and was diagnosis with PCOS. I currently weight 270 pounds (5'5") I use to weight 140 pounds but due to a hormone change I gained over 70pnds in one year and it just kept going until doctors figured out what I had and I had to go on medicine. I'm pretty outgoing and do a lot of things but the one thing that I need to do most is always on the back burner and that would be take care of myself. Put me first for a change. I have a wonderful husband and lovely 17 yr old foster child that I just adore. I've worked very hard my whole life to have a wonderful educaiton and now I have reached the goal to be a masters level counselor with a good company. I love helping people and being someone else's support system.. Now I'm going to work on helping myself.

I'm a 26 year old stay at home mom of an almost 2 year old and a 7 month old. I don't have a lot of time for myself and when I do, I'm usually so wiped out that I have no desire to do anything. Right now I am nursing my baby, so I have to take that into account. But fighting off the munchies is a big thing for me.

I work a full time high stress job, and tend to put off exercise after a long day of work. I need motivation to get out there and get active.

I'm 33 years old, married, no kids yet. I'm an ICU nurse at a local hospital. I have two dogs and we just bought a home in December last year. I'm also a singer in a band and I'm teaching myself guitar and piano right now.

I'm 28, work full time, happily married, no kids yet and on the mend from ACL reconstruction. Enjoy most types of working out except running. Especially like pilates, yoga, body pump and spinning classes.

I'm a 31 yo, stay at home, homeschooling mother of 5. Married to my best friend for 11 years. I am breastfeeding and 5 weeks postpartum.

I'm originally from Brazil, but moved to The Netherlands back in 2003. I'm 36, married and my beautiful boy is now 3. I grew up as a big girl (within the healthy range), but after moving to the Netherlands I slowly lost weight, my lowest was 55kg / ~121 pounds. I loved being that weight ! I joined Peertrainer in 2009 after giving birth (I gained an insane amount of weight, did not dare to weight myself until 2 months after the birth), and with that help I went down to 134 pounds. Then I got lazy and did not log on again... Until two years later (August 2012). Taking the courage to weight myself again. I don't feel I need to get back to my lowest weight, but I'd love to recover some pre-pregnancy clothes, all still feels tight and uncomfortable. I think anywhere under 130 would fit the bill.

I love writing, cycling, cooking, and lifting. I have lived mostly vegetarian for the last 8 years, but have found it difficult to keep my weight in check. I used to eat mostly beans, veggies, fruits, and grains. Unfortunately, all those carbohydrates didn't seem to be working for me. So I'm trying something new. It's not something I'm wholly comfortable with, since I believe that a primarily vegetarian diet is more environmentally sustainable than one with lots of organic meats. But I need to do something about my health. I'm just flat out tired of feeling tired all the time.

Always used to be really active. Got married, had a baby (gained 65lb) and pregnant again. I have gotten lazy and I don't like it. wanna be the old me again. I'm crazy, fun and very outgoing. I want the outside to match the inside...

I'm a full time mom, part time teacher. I have two wonderful boys, 4 and 2 years who keep me going all the time. I've lost most my weight this year with Prism, a Christian weight loss program, and now am trying to keep it off and lose the last problem pounds.

IT proffesional who has to sit at least for 8 hrs a day.

I'm 26 years old and have been married for a little over 1 1/2 years. I am a full-time Occupational Therapist. My husband and I live in Augusta, GA where we were both born and raised. We are most looking forward to starting a family soon (hopefully at the end of this year/beginning of next year, Lord willing)!

I'm a teacher. I am in my 30s and married, no kids yet. I have run 4 marathons so I am very good at working out but I am a slave to food.

I am 33 yrs old. Married with a 2yr old baby girl. I work full time and commute an hour or more everyday. I was born 10lb 12oz and have been chunky or more my whole life. I became obese after high school and just kept getting bigger. I have maintained 240 for about 2yrs now. I was at 200 when I started fertility meds and 225 when I got pregnant. I am trying to get down enough to start fertility tx again so maybe it will go faster/easier this time around. And I just quit smoking yesterday (7/13/10).

I'll be finishing up nursing school and moving up to Buffalo, NY in Decemeber (great timing, right?). I'll be in my practicum starting mid-August which means I'll be working at the hospital full-time and will also have 1 full day in class in addition. Lots of stress but not a ton of free time :)

I am a stay-at-home mother of an amazing 3 year old girl. My fiance and I are planning to get married on April 23, 2011, and we have been TTC for 2 months now. I feel that my weight might have a significant impact on our failure to conceive so far, as I currently weigh more now than I did when I gave birth to my daughter. I have hypothyroidism and severe depression, which are huge obstacles, but not ones which cannot be overcome with diligence and commitment.

37 yr-old mother of two: boy (3 yrs) and girl (1 yr). I work full time, and enjoy my job. I've been trying to shed my baby weight for about 6 months now, with no success. I used to very good about diet and exercise, but I just can't seem to reclaim my old habits. My attitude towards food has changed, and my willpower to resist tempting foods is awol.

I'm 23 years old momma trying to work of the baby weight. I need to lose 25 lbs get down to my pre-pregnancy weight. I was very thin and fit when I got pregnant. I used to work out every day and everything was good. I want to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight but having the motivation and discipline to do it is hard. I decided to start today and I decided that I need a support group to help me get this done.

I am happily married to the man of my dreams and we have two children. I call myself Chubby, and love food. I would like to find a healthier way to enjoy the foods I love and become more active to enjoy daily life with my family.

I'm a 31-year-old High School Assistant Band Director, Elementary Music Teacher. I graduated with a Masters in Music Performance (clarinet). My Husband and I finally go married on June 26, 2010 after 13 years of dating. I promised my parents I would finish school before getting married. So, I did. Our love for each other is even more blissful than before. I feel so blessed. Upon having a very busy and demanding schedule during the school year, I feel like I've been much more active and "in control" of a healthier lifestyle than I have ever been! :)

I am a 32y old nurse living and working in halifax NS (Canada). I have two children..one about 3 and half months ago. I have been happily married to my husband for 7 years.

I am 22 years old, been married for 2 years. I have Fibromyaglia and am hoping that losing weight it will go away. Also we want to try and have a baby in about a year. I am a house wife and part time nanny. So usually I am by myself and lonely for some workout partners!

32 F living in San Jose, CA. I recently got married in May 2010 and immediately began re-gaining weight by abandoning my diet/exercise (I got into the dress and got out!) I'm looking for the support and motivation to finally lose weight for good. =)

I'm a 25 year old grad student. Happily married for just over a year and trying to add a little one to our family. I'm hoping to get fit again for several reasons. I have a strong family history of heart disease and high blood pressure (my dad had his first heart attack at 39) and I have high cholesterol, but trying to stay off of medications. I also want to make sure that the baby we'll hopefully conceive soon has the best start possible and a good role model.

I turned 30 this year, and looking back over the last ten years, I have to say that I have been truly blessed. I enjoy travelling with my husband, watching movies and watching reality TV. I love reading and writing, and I am back in college pursuing a degree in English.

I'm 29 years old and married. No kids, yet, but we are trying. Most of my extra weight came on very quickly last spring after coming off of a medication (around twenty pounds in six weeks to add to the ten I already needed to lose). My poor diet and exercise choices have made losing impossible. I have finally realized that it doesn't matter how the weight came on, I have to put in the effort to get rid of it.

I'm 31 years old and 5'10 and will never be tiny. I've been married to my best friend for over 5 years. In college I was up to 220, that is when I decided I needed a change, I got down to about 160 (maybe a few lbs less) summer of 2004 and again in 2006 /2007. Since then slowly I've put a few lbs back on. I have to stop that. Originally, I lost the weight by eating well and resisting treats and working out 6 days a week. I was running 3 - 4 miles, 6 days a week and lifting weights a few times a week. I want to tone my legs, arms, and stomach.

I am 23, going to be a mom in September to my first child. I am married to a wonderful man for 2 1/2 years. I live in a small apartment with my husband and pet frog Meeko. I love working out and eating healthy however i struggle with binge eating and excessive caffeine consumption. I enjoy swimming, working out, reading, being with family and friends, painting, and reading blogs.

I'm 32 and expecting my first child late this year. I'm living in NYC and trying to keep a healthy lifestyle.

I'm a mama of 2 boys and ready to get myself back on the priority list! I'm almost 40, so it isn't going to get any easier. I eat really healthy, except I have a life-long sugar addiction that I need to kick once and for all!
