1. 10,000 steps per day
2. Eat whole foods
3. Water intake at least 8 glasses per day
4. At least half plate veges at lunch and dinner
5. Use small plate for meals
7. Do 15/9 intermittant fasting
8. Do resistance training twice per week
9. Cardio sessions twice per week
10. Lose 1 lbs per week on average
