Goal
My 4th big goal is to get down to 96 kgs. At that point I will have lost more than 20% of my bodyweight and reduced my disease risk substantially. Next goal is to get to 93 kg at which point I've lost 4st. My next major goal after that is to get down to 90 kg, which puts me into a lower BMI category.

1. Routine daily walk of at least 1 hr
2. Avoid crap food from 27 Dec thru to 31 Jan
3. Water intake at least 8 glasses per day
4. At least half plate veges at lunch and dinner
5. Healthy whole food and portion controlled meals
6. No snacking after 7pm
