My Goal:
Yes! All baby weight is finally gone! I have been working at at least five times a week and tried something different as far as diet. Rather than doing my usually low fat diet, I am now following a low carb diet. I have had instant results and very proud of my success. I no longer eat anything white (flour, rice, bread, no processed or fast foods) and follow a diet high in leafy greens and veggies, fruit and protein. I am so happy that I finally lost my baby weight. My next goal is to lose 10 more pounds so I can finally be below 200 lbs.

About me:
I have always been the chubby girl. I have gone through periods of my life where I lose a substantial amount of weight, then I hit the 4 month curse, a severe relapse and gain all the weight back. I

Diets I like:
I love a diet that's main focus is portion control. Portion in terms of sugar, salt, carb, calorie, etc. I cant do something that permantely deletes something from my diet. Rather than have my usual 5 slices of xtra cheesy pizza, I could have a couple slices of thin crust veggie pizza. I would classify my dieting style as low fat/calorie, with minimal limitations, but always keeping on eye on sugar, carbs, trans fat, etc.

Workout of choice:
I like low intensity stuff so far. Treadmill, elliptical training stuff are my preference. I hate weight training and ab work, but I do need that the most. I lift weights once a week. A few years ago, I was able to run 5k races, I aspire to do that again, someday.

My plan:
Low fat is usually the area that I focus on. Before I lost weight, my fat gram intake usually conisted of 120 grams of fat. Currently, I have reduced it to 50. I try to eat lots of green veggies, salads and fruit, lean meat and chicken. I love the taste of a sweet ice cold coke. I am attempting to void non diet soda out of my live, forever.

I need the most help with:
Usually, i am optimistic and gung ho about my diet and fitnesss plan. I am a student and my eating schedule isnt very flexible. Sometimes its hard not to go into the campus cafeteria and buy 3 slices of extra cheesy pizza with a 44 oz coke, rather than pack a boring sandwich that gets smashed by my lap top and books. I need help on my days when I want to give up, they are not often.

Additional Info:
I dont want to be a stick figure Paris Hilton (sorry to offend those that do). I was a plus sized model, and I do want to have a curvy body. America is fat phobic and imposes unhealthy body images (Kate Moss, Nicole Richie. I am no doing this to be "beautiful", I am losing weight because I dont want to die like all 4 of my grandparents, they were all diabetic.
