To weigh 160 and maintain it. Most importantly to be a good example for my kids and to feel good about myself.

About me: |
I am 34 years old. I am a stay-at-home mom to 6 kids. I have a 12, 10, 8 and 6 year old that go to school full time and a 2 year old and a 4 month old with me at home. I love my kids and want to take care of myself and be healthier.

Diets I like: |
Never done any just ate healthy and exercised and found results!

Workout of choice: |
Elliptical, Workout DVDs, running outside. ZUMBA

My plan: |
Start small. I gave up pop first because it is a huge weakness. If I can do that than I can do another and another and another. . .

I need the most help with: |
Snacking, especially at night.
