My Goal: |
My goal is to get healthy again. I used to run half marathons but I hurt my back 2 years ago, so I can no longer run. Instead of running, I plan to lose my weight by doing other forms of exercising like weight lifting, riding my bike, walking on the treadmill, and go swimming in the local pool. I also need to focus on overhauling my eating and not being such an emotional eater.

I am a 45 year old Veteran who served 10 years with the U.S. Navy. I am also a stay-at home mom, married with four children ages 21, 11, 8, and 5 year old boys. I have two dogs, a Labrachow, Cinny, who is 10 years old and a Yorkie, Rocket, who is 8 months old. I draw, quilt, cook,and garden.
