I want to feel better and look better. I want to prepare for the future and avoid the health problems my father and grandfathers went through. I want to compete and be an athlete again. And then I want to brag about it.
Nice weight loss yesterday, and a pleasant walk this morning. I got back and felt the need to work out some more, so I did.
2.7 mile walk
30 minutes on the elliptical (2.5 miles)
0.5 miles on the treadmill (7:36)
250 crunches (5 sets of 50 reps)
150 leg raises (5/30)
500 black calf raises (5/100; last set one legged)
500 front calf raises (5/100; last set one legged)
60 leg extensions (90 pounds)
Too much - chocolate, goldfish crackers, nuts, seeds
Grilled tilapia, grilled corn, black bean relish, cashews
