I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.
another great Spring day!! I lost my cool at work.... not good.
walked 20 mins at lunch rebounded after work 25 mins
rice cereal with fruit and milk
2 rice cakes hardboiled egg, yogurt/mustard. red pepper. blueberry ice green tea
almonds. small piece of dark choc.
leftover rice pasta with tomato sauce. Peachwave frozen yogurt with coconut, strawberries and blueberries ( not a big portion)
