I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.
The sun is shining and we are digging out!
no organized exercise but an hour 1/2 of shoveling! I certainly worked up a sweat and was out of breath.
1/2 gf bagel with hardboiled egg ( mixed with yogurt and mustard) hot tea
rice crackers with apricot jam. pb and an apple
gf rice cereal with milk. greek yogurt with a little apricot jam.. tea
