I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

gf roll with greek yogurt and smoked salmon and capers. ice tea
salad. hot tea and some m&m's ( had a church lunch and couldn;t eat the lasagna or bread)
2 rice cakes with pb and some ginger pieces. hot tea. apple and cheddar cheese. more hot tea
end of the lasagna 1 glass of red wine
