Eat clean, Train hard, love life. be the most healthiest me possible and inspire and encourage others to do the same by setting a good example and raising the bar on a healthy lifestyle. by doing this I know I will reach my weight goal, but its more than about weight. its about optimal health.
my deepest Desire is to become the most accomplished runner I can be.. doing halfs and moving on to full.. partaking in dance classes, bunging jumping, ziplinig, rock climbing all while feeling comfortable doing so . living life to the fullest. I want to set a example for others and work towards opening my health center.

Day 5 of my gluten free and meat free plan begins.. coupled with today starts my brutal challenge.. I have had flawless eating. I am learning new ways to make things and how to substitute healthier things. its a learning curve for sure.
I went to a girl friends house last night. she had thrown a birthday party for her daughter.. she had pizza, candy, cupcakes.. she said i would offer you some , but i know you will say no.. its good people in my life are getting it. I said thanks but I'm good..
I ate my stew before I left and had a orange to try to avoid what I would face.
today Im making hummus.. wish I could get to my health food store and get tahanni, but i will make it with just garlic and lemon and a lil juice from the beans .. no oil.
also making roasted chickpeas.. its all about planning for me.

taco salad- romaine lettuce. more greens yeahhh black beans good protein, 1 tsp of soucream mixed with salsa.. and a hamdfull of gluten free corn chips. topped with tbsp of cheese for gooiness
side note.. alot of things are gluten free. lays stack able chips. which i like are gluten free but i opted for a small handful of corn chips for my taco salad..- next time .. brown rice. note to self.. just because its gluten free doesn't mean i should eat it.
