Eat to Live, and eat what's right. I need to lose about 50lbs
Challenges:
First Challenge - no eating past 8 pm - successful since Jan 14
Second Challenge - drinking 8 glasses of water - no success yet Jan 28
Third Challenge - Implement Cheat System plus try one new vegetable recipe a week Feb 4 -
First Recipe was Mediterranean stew - this had cilantro in it which I have discovered that I DO not like, otherwise recipe was good.
I will continue with these three challenges until I have success with all of them before adding a new challenge.
