Goal
My ideal weight is 140. I've never seen myself as a 140, well, maybe I have. I think was 10. So basically, I know nothing other than chub. I want to change this.

I started with peertrainer in January of 2008 and with the help of a Biggest Loser contest at work, I was able to lose 37lbs. I've been teetering on 180 since then and I want to continue my weightloss journey in a much more productive manner.


Music City Half Marathon-April 25, 2009-2:56 (yes, I'm slow, but I did it!)
Murfreesboro Half Marathon-October 3, 2009-2.30.29 way better.

12:30pm-I'm hungry. I'm having visions of m&ms.
2:30pm-I want a giant piece of cake. A sandwich. French fries. a giant cherry coke. I hate water. I hate carrots too.
