Goal
115 is my ideal weight, but more importantly I want to get control of my eating. I'm now 120 and look a little chubby for my small size and frame.

Long.term goal: Develop a healthy relationship w. food--one where I don't base my day around my meals and succumb to binges.

Feeling bloated this morning. And it's gray/rainy, thus probably cancelling my walk and run...

7min cycle (to work)
20 min walk home

Stir fry (broc, bean sprts, pepper, garlic, ginger, spring onions, spinach) w. fake meat bits + cous cous
Salad w. vinegar
2 glass red wine

Turkish delight (TOO much, goo)
