115 is my ideal weight, but more importantly I want to get control of my eating. I'm now 120 and look a little chubby for my small size and frame.

GOO. Had several night sweats and just can't seem to get better. I had planned to attend a student-version of Macbeth tonight, but I'm going to leave school early and try to be home by 17.00 for a nap. I need to take care of myself which means taking a break from working out and taking it easy for a change.
Ugh, why can't I take a break from working out. I'm addicted. I sort of always thing that I can "trick" myself into feeling well if I just go about my business and do what I normally would do. Probably not the best approach.
