115 is my ideal weight, but more importantly I want to get control of my eating. I'm now 120 and look a little chubby for my small size and frame.

Thoughts on today's food:
It felt good to leave my stomach empty this morning. What I don't understand is why nearly every bit of diet and weight maintenance insists on eating breakfast. I suppose I get it, but I truly notice I feel better when I eat my meals later: breakfast around noon, lunch around 15.00, dinner around 20.00. I guess it's about finding the right balance for the individual.
