Goal
To eliminate sugar from my diet and eat predominently gluten free.

To lose 30 pounds



my notes
Its probably been about a week since I logged, feels like a month. But here I am not kicked off of peertrainer just yet. So my weight is inching down.. taking its sweet old time which would have annoyed me in past but Im cultivating a love relationship with my body now so I say.. my body knows best. I am happy to see my body fat measurement shrinking which is the really important number, When I started this journey, I told myself that numbers wouldnt change the way I eat, or a plateau or workouts .. I wouldnt let anything change me getting up in the morning and doing the right thing for my body., Workout wise I am now officially finished with LA Fitness, and I was tempted to sign up again, but after sitting with it I decided not to go back. I still have a frozen membership at another gymn. In the meantime I have been playing tennis with the hubby and doing my salsa. I just love these activities. March will be crazy busy for me because I am travelling at the end of the month.. lots of deadlines to meet before then.
