7/7/13 challenge
CORE RULES
1) Drink 7 cups of water ( I am keeping this to keep me honest, w hope of increasing it someday. I am still dehydrated even at this rate)
2) Smoothie or juice 5 days a week
3) Salads 4xs a week min
4) eat clean 5 days a week min
Exercise CR:
1) Exercise 20 min a minimum of 5x's a week
2) add ride on recumbent at least 3x's a week
21 min bike before my kids drove me crazy and i quit from distraction
cinnamon coffee smoothie: banana, peas, coffee, vanilla, PB, ice, coconut water ... sigh ... added whipped cream & it felt like an indulgence
a few costco samples
1/2 kombutcha
7pm: dinner going to be late so had crackers n goat cheese & peach beer
pomegranate
panini: pesto, bacon & cheese on Daves
chips (when am I going to remember to eat celery instead of the chips everyone else eats) Wish hubby would quit bringing home!!
