Goal
Right now... somewhere... someone is doing what it takes to get what they want... and what YOU want.
Are YOU willing to do what it takes to get what YOU want?!?!

GOAL: reach and maintain my ideal weight
Starting weight: 142.4
Not sure what my ideal weight really is. I've gained a lot of muscle in the past year which is great, but still have a lot of fat.
I think my ideal weight is somewhere around 120 to 130.

my notes
It's been a week since I stopped the meds and finally the sleeping is getting back to more normal. The halucinations stopped right away but sleep was still weird. I would fall asleep but it seemed like as soon as I started to dream then I would be awake again. I would go in cycles like this that would take about an hour each. And I was really freaking out that while I didn't feel like I was exhausted that it was still not good for my body to not be getting that deep sleep it needs. Well I looked up some info on line and one of the things that were talked about was the performance anxiety that can happen so you keep thinking about how you have to sleep and it makes it worse. So I was able to relax a little and kept telling myself this would get better and to not worry about it. And I finally started thinking ok well at least I know I AM getting some sleep because I am waking up and remembering all of these dreams. And last night I think I woke up less or at least got to sleep faster after each cycle. So it's getting better.
Also started taking more supplements last Thursday and they might be having a good effect too. I have been eating more veggies and even starting to crave them again and planning more of them into my day.
Yesterday I took a day of vacation because I could not fall asleep Sun night and also somewhat dreaded the thought of coming to work. But the good news was that while I laid there in bed I was planning all of the things I could do if I stayed home. LOL I ended up not doing most of them, but I DID at least get in a 2 mile run. Not much but 2 miles more than I have done in the past 4 weeks! And while I was running I was having this vision of the girl I used to be when I was an exercise fanatic and still seeing the trainer.
Must also say that I have been doing much better at finding ways to stay positive and looking for things to motivate me. So I do feel like things are going in the right direction and I just have to make sure I really pay attention to my thoughts.
